when I tap the reply button, or the white fast reply area, my keypad automatically pops up. same as when I tap my drop down for messages. I don't even use my laptop anymore, unless I need to work from home.

can someone please explain the me the bargaining rights that are taken away when an application is filled out for employment? as an employer, I don't ever bargain. especially not through an application. if there's a position available, I intend to fill it with the best qualified applicant, and pay them the salary that I have approved through my annual budget. on my company's application, we ask only the basic information necessary to validate identity and run a background check. no one can bargain their identity or their criminal background, once its been entered onto their record.

based on the above info......this gentelman cried out for help from his family and team, and obviously didn't get it. but, I'm glad those people were comforted by a rainbow. as long as they feel better, I guess it's all ok now.
