I get an I love you text from my dad every morning. i don't disagree. but then again, i try to frequent places that are a little more upscale than the paulding county walmart. and making fun of folks is a little bit different than being so disturbed that you need to create a topic to rant/vent/seek validation for the things that make you want to "throw up" every time you see them.

yep. I have a blue blob. this is the fourth summer that the whole family has enjoyed it. also, intex is the manufacturer. they make the blue blob pool. it's technically called an easy set. but still an intex.

I listened to mine from the recliner, while I was recovering last fall. it was easier than trying to hold the book and focus my eyes while drugged.

huh. we placed our pool to be accessible from our deck...and to also get morning and afternoon shade. the water does get slightly warm during the heat of the day, while the sun is beating down on it. but I'm usually at work mid day. by four o'clock, the temperature is damn near perfect. also, the chemicals and pump make it impossible for Mosquitos to survive immersion, let alone breed in or on the water.

I tried to listen to a book one time. kept falling asleep, or getting aggravated at the inflection, or lack thereof, of the reader. also, it was weird hearing the same person read all of the dialog. when I read, I 'hear' both male and female voices. does it count? if you feel like you got everything out of the experience that you wanted to, why not?

I'm not sure that its healthy to be so emotionally wrapped up in what a stranger is wearing.
