Yes, I was going to go for a walk tonight, but it's raining here. Maybe several walks tomorrow will make them go away or at least help !!!!

You're probably right....just the anticipation and thought of what I've got to do makes it much, much worse. How do people live with these kinds of attacks on a regular basis ???? Just wow !!!!!

This feeling just seems to come and then it's gone. A couple of hours later or when I start thinking about the news I was given, it starts right back up. Anything I can do to make it just go away? And yes, last night it was so bad at one time I thought I was gonna die !!!! I've NEVER had anything like this before !!!!! It's terrible !!!!

Could somebody please tell me how you feel during an anxiety attacK? I've never had one, but yesterday when I got some bad news about a friend it seems I can't get my breath and my chest feels like someone is sitting on it making it sore... Thank you !

The Taylors said they finally got out of the subdivision and said that Happy Valley Church Road and Seaboard were a little iffy....go slow !!! 278 was not in the best shaoe either !!!!! we're gonna try it again around noon !!! Are you the one with the little gray cat ?

Hubby went out with a showel l and pierced the air pockets in the driveway...then got the leaf blower and turned it on high...that ice was coming up by the sheets !!!! Our driveway is completely clear !!!!!!!

If you burn candles, try to burn the unscented ones....if you burn several scented candles, you'll probably need some fresh air with all the smells they will put off....
