    In the next 10 or so minutes. Its usually daylight by the time the kids are on the bus.

    I'm going to start boiling some water instead of waiting for them to issue it. Water is all my husband drinks.....oh snap I'm drinking coffee I made with it...maybe I'll grow another arm to help with multi tasking

    Are they still worried about the gas catching on fire? Will the gas have any effect on the water system and local waters?

    My husband ran up to the store (a mile up the street) and said people were out driving like idiots, swerving everywhere. He wouldn't have left but he really needed a Monster drink

    We're built into the side of a hill (ranch on a basement with a drive under the house type garage thingy) in a way....we've got a creek in the back that I'm sure is insanely flooded but the way our property is, the creek is the least of our concerns

    I would probably call your boss or atleast wait until the sun comes up. I've got the news on and it looks nasty. My poor husband can't go into work today, all routes he could take are shut or flooded etc

    So far we're OK, we're starting to get some water in the basement, where the walls meet the floor. Just barely getting water though. Kind of makes me nervous. Seems weird for it to start coming in there? Hope my walls don't give eekk! How are you holding up?

    He's calling a co-worker that happens to live in Yorkville. The area their work is in is having issues too with flooding. I think they might have to stay put. He's hearing on the news about bridges washing away. On another note, the trash man is out collecting trash Talk about dedicated workers! Hope they stay safe!

    Anyone know if Villa Rica roads are open? He usuallly goes a different way but I know he can cut through there and take that highway?
