  1. Oh, he talks too. And when he really gets going, he makes this trilling, bird kind of noise. He is a real hoot!!! I agree, I'm just not that tech savvy and my daughter hasn't been able to do it yet.
  2. I saw it on WSB and that he is a cop has absolutely no bearing on this story. A man, who happens to be a cop, is accused of killing his girlfriend.
  3. I couldn't possibly have enough likes for this post!!!
  4. Joey is very high strung and LOVES to play and he's learned something new. I have a nightstand in my room that is mirrored and when you press the doors on front, the doors pops open. Well, he loves leather gloves and we have a few pair of Hubbys work gloves that we keep in there and Joey has learned this and now instead of this being a hiding place for the gloves, he goes to the nightstand, barks at it, pokes it with his doggy nose, nudges open the doors, gets his gloves and then starts growling and prancing and acting a doggy fool. If I can get this on video, I'll post it because it's SOOOOOO
  5. I feel sorry for these little girls, it doesn't seem that anyone has their best interests at heart. However, the grandma had NO right to dictate ANYTHING to dad. I'd call a lawyer before I'd share any of this on any social media sight.
  6. YAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best news today!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAHHHHH, memories!!
  7. I'm not completely buying this story for one very prominent reason. ANYTHING that happens at school with ANY student other than your own, even one that is bullying your child, is HIGHLY confidential. So this blogger saying that she 'has confirmed' anything is suspect at best. I'm not sure what you think the outcome will be when you ask a blogger a question of such a sensitive nature. Something just isn't adding up for me.
  8. OOOHHH weeeeell, I didn't think of it thaaaat way! Makes sense! Wait.......does it????
  9. Yea........I'm a little confused by this topic. No wait, a lot confused.
  10. That sounds terrible, I'm glad they made you feel better. After one day with a horrible nurse, my daughter had great care and I wouldn't hesitate to go to the new hospital for treatment. Going up the ladder to speak to the right people really does help.
  11. I don't shoot for anyone's approval.especially my husbands. I've never been given an alternative such as, 'go shooting with me or stay home alone'. We shoot together as a hobby and we both love it. I'm sorry that your experience was so different from mine, but that doesn't make our family activity of shooting bad or wrong. If my son or daughters didn't want to participate, they didn't have to, but they were excited to learn something new that everyone doesn't do. I don't believe for a moment that someone who shoots and kills his family and himself never showed any signs of violence. Not fo
  12. AAAAWWWWWW, Thanks y'all!!!!!!! I've had a pretty good day. Daughter came home from the hospital, woohoo! We went to Egleston because a friends 5 year was having surgery and as Hubby says, 'we had to show the flag'. Hubby's at work, but he did make sure that I got my favorite ice cream cake from Baskin Robins. Step dad is still in the hospital, so we're off to see him first thing in the morning. It has been a little lack luster, but as I get older and I see the strife that others go through, I'm thankful for everyday on this side of the dirt. So, in reality, it's been a great day, I'm here
  13. Well, if hadn't have been brandishing it like a real gun during a felony, which armed robbery is, fake gun or not, he may not be dead. Act like a fool, go out like a fool.
  14. Shoooot, I'd have replaced it too, faster than you could say 'singin' fish'. Make sure 'mommie' leaves it on the wall this time.
  15. I hate that the instructor is dead, I hate that this child will have to live with this forever, but you're exactly right, he should have known better. I have shot a gun just like this as an adult and had 2 adult males bracing my arms so I could feel the rise of the gun etc., when I got the hang of it, I did it by myself. But it was hard for me to do and as a parent, I would NEVER let my 9 year old shoot a gun like that. If done correctly, shooting IS good, wholesome family fun. Having an instructor who gives a powerful gun to a small child is the problem here. Good judgement wasn't used and
  16. I saw MB's funeral on the news yesterday and while I completely understand his family's grief, to see Al Sharpton give a eulogy for a person he didn't know and call him a 'gentle giant', was nauseating. MB is no martyr or hero and for him to be portrayed as one is beyond me.
  17. Could we be ahead of our time? Middleschool starts at 8:40 and highschool at 8:35.
  18. Me too. Luckily. none of them ever killed their family. I can't imagine.
  19. Did the man in this case have a history of depression?
  20. Indeed. It's too awful to think about. How does this even happen?
