Sometimes things are exactly 'that simple'. Black and white. Right and wrong. And if I could tell you why people attempt to make things 'not that simple' , I could rule the world.

Just a small PSA........The number 678-666-5785 has been continually calling middleschoolers phone for the past 2 days, 22 times to be exact. Since we don't answer numbers we don't know, we wait for a message and call back as needed. Finally today, I'd had enough, called them back and it was Allied Ins, whoever that is. When I called they hung up on me and my daughter called back because I was so angry and after mumbling, 'OK mam, we'll remove the number from our list', they tried to convince her that the only way they would have had his number is if he had requested a quote. Yea, whatever du

NO, NO, NOOOOOOO, I just sucked all the oxygen out of the hospital room I'm sitting in. What a loss. RIP, mam.

No not total, airfare and hotel. See that's my problem, I don't know what kind of trip I want. Do I want to relax and take it easy or do I want to see everything we can in a 12 day period? I think it's the latter. I also want something that isn't necessarily the tourist hot spots. I'd rather go off the beaten path and see the real place and not the place they're trying to sell me. A friend went to the Isle of Wight the last time he was in the UK, his friend has a cottage across from the beach that he said we can stay in and the pictures of that place are spectacular. Very quaint, lots of flow

I'm always amazed when parents use kids as weapons. Grow up people (all people, not the OP), you chose your partner and your kids got stuck with fools for parents. My MIL makes me insane 98% of the time, she had a cheating husband and after 24 years of marriage, he left her for another woman. But not once did I ever hear her demean her ex to her kids. She encouraged the youngest ones to visit, talk on the phone to their dad even though they never wanted to. I don't give her credit for a lot, but she deserves it in this situation, it takes a real grown up adult to do what she did. Any whiney b

See, that's my problem, my list is too long. But in all honesty, this may be my only trip to Europe OR I may love it so much I'll want to go back. Usually I balk at things I don't know about, but Hubby prods and researches and when I get to where I'm going I usually have a blast. I know that about myself, so maybe I should let him plan the trip and just go with the flow.  Yea, like that would ever happen!!!!  (Hubby is a pretty cool guy).

And that is what I'd hope anyone to do. Something, anything is better than nothing. -
Where is this located? There used to be one in the Kroger shopping center at the cross roads but it closed.

We thought about England, Ireland and France. They aren't too far apart and the price is right. But then we thought, Barcelona, Rome and Paris and the cost was about the same. But I think I'm more comfortable with our first choice. We have a good friend who has gone to England twice in the past 6 months and he LOVED it, that made me feel better about going there. I'm a weenie I know and I'm probably over thinking this, but that's just how I work. Thank you for your input. That's what Hubby is rooting for.

First off, let me say that I normally don't like to travel. Hate flying, want to sleep in my own bed. BUUUUUT, about 6 months ago Hubby and I were talking about going on a longer cruise since we both enjoyed the first one we went on and we were batting around destinations, cruise lengths, etc. A few days later Hubby said, 'Ya' KNOW, our 30th anniversary is next year, so why don't we save the money from a cruise and go on a huge trip next year'? Initially, I wasn't on board......(ME) What will we do with midleschooler? (HIM) He has two sisters. (ME) I hate to fly. (HIM) We'll get you some Xane

Oh, I know. No problem.

Well, I'm a pretty smart gal and I've never been on FB and don't plan to be, settings one way or the other have no bearing on that decision.

What person with a brain believes any political ad? Even if you plan to vote for a particular person, their ads are often either vague or not even half true. It's disgusting that anyone who has the right to vote buys that tripe and doesn't do their own research to find out what the truth really is. -

Many moons ago, I always used Patty Cake Bakery on Roswell rd for everything because my mom always used them, so I recommended them to a friend for her wedding cake. On the Wednesday before her wedding, she called to confirm details and got no answer. Finally, on Friday someone answered the phone and told her that the bakery was closed for vacation. They went round and round because she had a contract for the date of her wedding, etc. In the end, she called me hysterical and I told her to call McEntyres. This was about 2:00pm on Friday before her wedding the next day at 4:00pm. McEntyres took
