The PSC regulates what GPC can charge for power and employee wages aren't a consideration in their decision. They deny rate increases as well as approve them and wages aren't effected one way or the other. Power companies can't raise prices at will to cover inflated wages, it doesn't work that way. So, in a nutshell, your point is is that if employers paid workers a living wage, taxpayers could be off the hook for all the assistance for the people who can't make enough to support themselves and their families. Ergo, the economy would improve all the way around. Makes sense to me.

No, I can't. That's the very reason I HATE for follow a friend or loved one anywhere. I've had too many family members killed in accidents to think it can't happen again, 2 in three days in 2 separate accidents.
