  1. Neighborhood Waste, for the past 5 years (or more)...never had a issue with them, always on time, never late. If they are going to be late (Holiday), it is written on the bill when your day will be (Ex: First quarter bill states: Christmas and New Years Schedule: Monday pick ups will stay on mon, all other pickups will be delayed one day) Love, love, love them. Their # is 770-443-2977 (small home based company, so, you generally have to LM)
  2. Lol, how much u want for it? Maybe I can get it replaced? 3G is going to be the death of us!!!!
  3. Soooo, do any of the folks who upgraded want to sell a 4s to help out someone using a 3G, lol?
  4. So, now, this poor women will probably "get introuble/repremanded/talked too/or whatever" for having someone call up and complain about her? I mean, if she was trying to get off, and they wouldn't let her, how is that her fault? No disrespect to you, but, seems as though now a days people are damned if they do, damned if they don't.
  5. Oh, yeah, that's it, Prince Michael, the eldest, lol! ! I knew they shared a name, just couldn't remember it .
  6. Actually, the eldest son (Paris' brother, by the same mother, I believe his name is Blanket) is going to be a correspondent on "extra". When they were announcing it, I couldn't believe how good looking he was. He is now 16~ my how time flies. I haven't seen a recent picture of Paris.
  7. You can buy Deer Repellant at Home Depot (Deer Off, we have used in the past). It works good, however, the main ingredient is hot sauce and eggs. You can mix up your own repellant WAY cheaper than that stuff costs. Actually, after the first year of use, they never came back. You can also plant items such as sage, poppy or morning glory within your garden, that deer don't like the smell of. here is one interesting article I found that also mentions some of this stuff. Good luck!!! http://voices.yahoo.com/gardening-tips-natural-deer-deterrent-497101.html
  8. If you don't need it yesterday, we just recently ordered a part from online. WAY cheaper than anyone around here, and it worked like a charm! Pates never returned my phone call (not the first time that I've had that problem with them). website is generalapplianceparts.com They sent me a magnet, and I kept it, lol! Here's a free shipping promo code: M2G638, if you decide to use them Oh, and our machine was a Kenmore, and it was the thermal fuse assembly we needed.
  9. My sons tmobile phone died tonight. Does anyone have a reasonably priced one for sale? He likes the phones that has the keyboard that slides out. Or, even better yet, does anyone know how to unlock and old iPhone 3G so I can put his tmobile pre paid card in it? I worked hours last night trying, and can't get it to work. Thanks
  10. On Dr Drew's behalf, we have to look at the bigger picture. This is one Dr., one show (so, what 25-30 patients)? MOST of these are "high profile" celebrities. I wonder, if we were to do research on different drug rehab facilities what their success/death rate is? Bottom line, a psychiatrist/facility/etc can only do so much for a patient. The patient has to keep up with the psychotropic drugs (if placed on them) needed to keep a "healthy" chemical balance, the patient has to WANT to remain off drugs and stay away from the "bad influences". People who commit suicide are NOT in their
  11. We basically have a joint checking account, which we each put an allotted amount into, weekly. That account is for our monthly bills, groceries, etc, if any money is left over, it goes to savings. We also have our own accounts, that we buy our individual "wants" with. If its for the kids (ex. Our sons letter jacket), we do discuss it and joint money is used. If its for a large purchase, such as TV/furniture/joint related, we discuss it, amount doesn't matter. I pay everything and figure out everything, so, discussion is usually "hey, I'm getting _______" and he's fine with it
  12. nope, and mine JUST hit the bank, today. I would NOT trust something like that...before doing it, I would call!
  13. :rofl::rofl: So, they don't dry rot, huh????:ninja:
  14. Well, I called both Gables and ProSports and thier prices are actually HIGHER (seriously) than the schools . I totally wasn't expecting that!!!! Of course they carry the same brand, while the school carries Neff. One of the 2 stores told me their is a better quality than Neff? Opinions on that?????
  15. So, I got the Class Ring over with (thanks Santa ).....now my son is ready for the Letter Jacket. They sent home a brochure through Neff (I think is the name) and the jacket is almost $175!!!!! So, to those of you who have been through this, already, where did you get you childs letter jacket? He'll only wear it probably 2-3 years, so, I said he really didn't NEED the leather sleeves, but, I've heard the vinyl isn't very good...they don't offer plain wool. So, did you go leather or vinyl? Do you HAVE to get the patches through the company (Neff) or is there somewhere else we ca
  16. Trim thier nails every other week. A cat scratches to help break down their nails. I trim the cats nails usually every other week, and we don't ever have a problem with them scratching. My problem is the one ALWAYS (I mean NIGHTLY) is puking up hairballs
  17. this is about the same with mine. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who had a "big" increase.
  18. Oh Man, I feel for you~ This happened, only in our bathroom. There was a "slow" leak under the cabinet. So, it soaked into the wall and down. I noticed some mold on the floor board, but cleaned it off thinking it was from the kids getting out of the shower and "dripping" (same area). By the time we figured it out, it caused sooooo much damage to the bathroom, floor and bedroom (that backed up to the bathroom) we had to file a claim. A professional cleaning company had to come in, section off that area of the house and run HUGE blowers, for days, to dry out the floor. They had to cut o
  19. Um, the link is too an article about Casey Anthony filing bankrupcy
  20. We use straight talk $45 unlimited or $30 for 1000 minutes/1000 texts. Ours runs off the verizon towers...some are Att.
  21. While I would LOVE a salt water system, I have read alot of stories stating the same as you have said. I'd love an inground, but, with my house and the price of inground, it just isn't a worthwhile/feasable option.
  22. back yard is one tree....a Sweetgum. Someone commented on a locked area...this would be put inside our fencened in back yard. Kids would NOT be allowed inside the pool unless I (or their dad) was home. No if, ands, or buts about that. Just curious, what is the cost to fill it up the first time (I get sick just thinking about THAT bill, lol!
  23. LOL~ I know the basics. I'm looking for things like good "brands" or "names". Who installs them? I only know of Brown's Pools (and have heard horror stories about them). Is there different kinds of above ground pools (ex. aluminum), which is better? What is involved with the cleaning (aside from keeping leaves out/skimming it)? Chemicals? Seriously~ the kids LOVE to swim. I am only working PT now, so, will be available to "watch" them. I figured this would give us all something to do over the summer(s), now that the kids are older (8 - 15 year range). I
  24. So, we are considering getting a pool this year. I'm looking for any and all information that one can give. I'm just beginning my research, and know NOTHING. Prices, who installs them, upkeep, decking, round or oval Give it to me! Thanks
