That seemed really quite snooty. I have wonderful friends who have less than exemplary grammar. That doesn't make any of them less intelligent or less than excellent friends.

They knock me out if I only take them occasionally; taken regularly, they don't have that effect. Trust me on this! I have read many studies that say for SOME people, Benadryl is all that works, but you have to take it regularly to avoid the drowsy effect. It is the ONLY thing that works for me. I have tried Zyrtec, Allegra, Flonase, etc.... Benadryl is the ONLY antihistamine that gives me any real allergy relief. I have year-round allergies, too. It's no fun. Right now I think it's the cedar and the daffodils, both of which I am very allergic to. However, I'm feeling better--I've been taking benadryl every 6 hours and have stayed a bit ahead of it. I love Springtime, even if it doesn't love me!
