Must run in the industry....I had 4 different people come to look at about $2K worth of work. Two never bothered to get back with a price. One gave me a price that was just plain outrageous. Settled on one who was recommended by Elrods.

There's about 15 of them currently with their hats in the ring. Any one of them, on their worst day. knows more about leadership and honesty than what we are suffering through now and what the Dimwits are planning to put up.

They were going to cover it with straw. too. Watering wasn't the issue.

We have several spots in the back lawn that are really thin, almost bare. A local landscape service gave me a quote for aeration, top soil, and seeding Fescue. I'm a bit uneasy about it being warm enough for the seed to germinate? Any advice? First hand experience?

Most all of us are property owners here in Paulding County. What is your expectation for property prices in the County in the next 5 years as compared to today? Not what you HOPE the prices will be, what do you EXPECT? What parts of the County are in a downward trend, and what parts are on an upswing? What price ranges do you think have the most potential upside and downside? And, lastly, do any of you think the Commissioners should be pressured (intensely) to enforce code violations for unsightly premises and junk cars in front yards, etc.?

There are over 90 MILLION Americans that are no longer classified as "unemployed" because their benefits ran out while they were looking for a job. Add them back into the figures and the unemployment figure is at least triple what the Oblabber administration has cooked the number to be. Your constant blaming of GWB for everything is monotonous.
