  1. That's good. Tooooo bad it is so much less $$$$$$$ than someone who did 20 years + Active. Didn't realize you were so close to being age 60. You do 20 Active you get it right away. Instead of waiting another 22 years to get it.

  7. Yikes! "But wait! There’s more. Lots more. Davis gave birth to twins five months after divorcing her first husband. They were fathered by her third husband, but adopted by her second. Are you following? Let’s break that down real quick: Basically, Kim cheated on her first Husband #1 with her Future Husband #3, got pregnant by #3, divorced #1, then married Husband #2, who adopted #3’s twins." http://www.queerty.com/kim-davis-was-pregnant-by-her-third-husband-while-still-married-to-her-first-20150902

  16. They had the best Peach Cobbler back in the 90's. Don't know why they stopped selling it.
  17. Both of my parents passed away from Cancer in 1992 and 2001. I lost my Mom at age 63, she had Breast Cancer. My Dad I lost at age 86. He had Prostate Cancer that spread into his bones. I hate Cancer with a passion. My Mother never met her Grandkids. My oldest wasn't born till 1993 and my son's don't really remember my Dad that much since they were so small when he died.
  18. Well it appears the Judge had her name removed from the marriage licence. That is all she asked for. Don't know why this wasn't done in the first place. If people don't like it don't vote her back into office. Problem solved. From what I remember hearing on the news, she wasn't issuing any marriage licences out.
  19. Davis' legal team has filed several appeals to the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. It is asking that the state take her name off the licenses -- a move that her lawyers say would accommodate Davis while allowing same-sex couples to receive licenses. "If (Davis' deputies) can issue licenses under someone else's authority ... Kim Davis would not stand in the way of that," one of her attorneys, Roger Gannam, told CNN's "New Day" on Tuesday. Davis' legal team on Monday asked the appeals court for an injunction that would prompt Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear to remove her name from the lic
  20. Good read and I totally agree with all of it. "So it was incumbent upon the government to try to work out a solution. Ms. Davis wasn’t trying to prevent same-sex couples from getting marriage licenses at all; she just didn’t want her name or title on the paperwork. That’s why she wouldn’t allow her deputies to issue the licenses. Kentucky accommodates conscience for other licenses. Why not marriage? Yet Gov. Steven L. Beshear issued a mandate telling all county clerks to issue licenses to same-sex couples without exception. When asked to call a special session of the Legislature to try to wo
  21. The rest of the story. "Ms. Davis garnered national attention Tuesday when she ignored court rulings and denied marriages licenses to gay couples. On Wednesday, Ms. Davis rejected a gay couple from Ohio when they, too, sought a marriage license. “My roots are all from Kentucky, and from the get-go, I said, ‘When all the states are legalized, we will come to this state to be married, where my parents were married,’ ” one of the men, Robbie Blankenship, said as his partner, Jesse Cruz, looked on in the courthouse." http://www.nytimes.com/2015/09/03/us/kentucky-rowan-county-clerk-kim-davis-d
  22. LOL this part cracked me up. "Spc. David’s actions — or lack thereof — have stirred controversy across the installation, drawing sharp criticism from those who feel the 19-year-old clerk is obligated to perform her duties as assigned regardless of her beliefs, while others complain she should not be evaluating others’ service after she was caught using her Government Travel Card to buy Joel Osteen DVDs."
