His HOR is FL...They aren't taxing his military pay...We are being taxed for his civillian job that is in GA...Paying GA tax and MD...If we will and get most of it back...Then I guess that isn't so bad.. We are not becoming MD residents ever...And a law was just passed that says I can claim the same state as my DH. So I guess for the time being I too am a FL resident.

Nothing like being taxed twice...Here is the story...DH has a civillian job in GA we pay state taxes on this job...I have no problem with that..BUT this is what I have a problem with...Since I decided to move to MD with him while he is active duty and here on ORDERS..MD decides they want a cut of his civillian pay..30 bucks a week!!!!!And this is the kicker...If I had only stayed in GA they wouldn't touch it..Something about going by the mailing address.. And to add we are still paying GA taxes on this pay...So we are getting taxed twice and the job which isn't even in MD is taxing us way

I think they change it by where you live..Mine says the lady in the PIC is from my area in MD. Can we say SPAM

The kids got the day off from school in MD.

He just said he knew of 4 in the Atlanta area..Not sure how many they allow...And also they have to have projects set up. The guy who gave him his license actually owned 2 planes and had a hanger in his back yard. But he got his in the Norfolk area.

Me and DH were off..But now he has to work Sat That's what happens when you do Shore duty with a squadron.

I just asked DH about it. He said the FAA controls it and if they think to many people in one area already have this license they won't issue anymore. Good luck to your DH
