But the funny thing is if a black guy and white guy both want to be cops. The white guy can score higher on the test, but they will hire the black guy instead. How is that fair? I would be insulted by that if I was black. The most qualified person should get the job. At this rate, no WHITE man will even want to be a cop anyway.

I think the cop is innocent of just walking up and shooting someone for the hell of it, YES. I need more details before I know what is going on. I'm not going to ASSume the cop is guilty, I do tend to lean the other way. BUT yes cops can make mistakes. There is no way he shot him because he wanted to shoot him, that I'm positive of. If the robbery suspect was black how is that racial profiling? He was taking caution, because he thought he might have a gun, and guess what he did. If it helps then get the criminals off the street than yes.

I've had cops pull me over 4 times in my life. First time I was 18 and it was a lady cop telling me my tail light was out. She never asked me for my license. Other two times I was pulled over and given a ticket. I had to go into my purse and glove compartment for license and proof of insurance. Last time I refused to sign the ticket. Never once did I fear I would get shot or arrested, it is def a double standard going on. I guess with me being a white woman that makes me harmless.
