Favorite movie quotes--spinoff from favorite "Animal House" quote
eym_sirius replied to Mama Carol's topic in RECENT TOPICS
From "Love And Death" (Woody Allen) Diane Keaton, as Sonja and Woody Allen as Boris. They are a married couple who don't have the physical thing going on. Sonja: "Don't, Boris - Sex without love is an empty experience!" Boris: "Yes, but -- As empty experiences go, it's one of the best!" From "Everything You Wanted To Know About Sex" ["Why won't the car start?"] "The battery's dead and it's out of gas, oil and water!" "Tombstone" "I'm your Huckleberry" "The strain was more than he could bear" -

There are bewbie prizes?? (zig-zagging in my retreat, hoping to avoid tow's gunfire) No, I thought that you meant "I", (meaning you) use (this thing) every day and Amber might also be an eyeliner color. Or whatever it is that y'all do to provide that -- allure. That's it -- allure. Sounds like what you use when you go fishing.....

Isn't this aimed at people riding in the backs of trucks? Farmers would have to buy minivans or some similar vehicle to transport their workers? That's the only reason that I can think of that pickup trucks would be excluded. BTW, I drive a pickup truck and I usually wear my seatbelt, anyway. As for the four million dollars - I have to ask myself, "how would my life be different if the state had that extra four million?" Seat belt laws are unevenly applied in that most policemen don't ticket them unless they were doing something else wrong. And do we really want our police

I want to see it too! Good job on the expansion!!

Exactly! He was a pioneer in his medium. His unique style and delivery were instantly recognizable to millions of Americans. It's a loss to his family and friends, to be sure. No one before or since has been able to so captivate a radio audience with his vocal speaking talents. 90 years - and so many of them at the top of his market niche. Here's to a legend who was a virtuoso at his craft.

Yeah and that's going to make the grass grow when the 70+ weather comes around. I'm in a gated community now where we have our landscaping/grass cutting done for us. But before that, the lawnmower was always difficult to get started that first time. I think that it was because I left the gas in the tank all winter! And I used to hate pulling that danged cord a hundred times to get it to start! I never got the hang of sharpening those blades either...

Case Cutlery Pocket knives knife Closeouts Prices
eym_sirius replied to RKC's topic in Business NEWS
Case certainly makes excellent quality knives. One can rarely find them on sale! FYI, back in the day (college years), I worked for a mail order cutlery company. I know knives, worked trade shows, etc. Good selling on the Case pocket knives! They make excellent gifts (groomsmen, graduation, etc.) -

Maybe a better idea is to have variable rate pricing. In other words, prime time (whatever that is for kids' parties) gets prime time rates and other times get reduced rates. In that way, people on a budget could still have their parties there, it just wouldn't be on -- Saturday afternoon, for example. Also, in any service business, the staff needs to be well-trained in providing the highest quality experience from the viewpoint of the customer. And management should be hands-on and personal. Pricing is a value issue. Higher prices, as contrasted to the competition, have to be justified t
