You just need to look for the strategy points and set ups with angles -- that should keep you focused on the game and I just love to listen to the announcers -- especially in spanish as I only understand every 3-4-5th word. Their enthusiasm for the announcement of what is happening is infectious!!

Do not ever answer the questions if asking for information associated with your Credit Card. I've gotten a call from my CC asking questions about a potential fraud, but they have provided a way to get through the "standard" number for the card (on the back), a case number, and other information to make it more legit -- yes, someone could potentially highjack the phone number, but when I can verify on my bills or on the back of the card and dialing the same number, I'm pretty sure it is closer to be being real

That option can be very expensive .... depends on whether or not you are looking for a 1-way satellite or 2-way. Hughes can offer download through the satellite and out through your "phone line", monthly price (last time I checked) was still around $60-80 per month. After a LONG time on the phone, the "repair place" is supposed to go buy what is needed to fix the problem, get us back on the schedule (at the top) and get the work done, have names/dates/times/discussions documented. Lots of this was confirmed while on the phone, just waiting on the rescheduling call for service based on getting the "local parts", then that becomes a billing/reimbursement issue between fixer and rebater - I just want it fixed!.

Waited all day, called "fixing company" late today to find out they didn't get the parts . I don't blame the "repair people" too much other than they could have called to tell us not to wait around today, but now DH is on the phone with Maytag right now to tell them that the repair people don't have the parts and asking what they are going to do about this.
