  1. A major DON'T! Never, ever run out of it. If you quit it without slowly coming off of it, it will get bad for you. Miss one day is okay but longer than that, it will get worse. I did this with xanax and I have taken so many xanax pills since 2001, I could have started my own xanax pharmacy! I ran out of xanax one time, in 2004, and it was baaaaaaaaaaad! I was taking so many of them that I was taking them because of fear of having an attack, that I went through 60 pills in 14 days!   2. I have been on celexa, lexapro and paxil as well as taking xanax. I am on a small dose of celexa now and no more xanax or anything else so it appears I got it under control and believe me, I went through some very bad days a few years ago so much so I had to take 6 weeks off from work in 2004. But I am much better these days.

  15. That is one area they are weak on and wish they would improve on it.
  16. Foreclosure properties are not required to be maintained from we were told and we live in an HOA and the HOA cannot do a thing about it. The houses are sold as is. The few in our community are being taken care of by neighbors. I have been doing the foreclosure next to me. Cutting the lawn 2x a month just to maintain. That is what you can do.
