Totally agree, but how many times have you seen people here or in your normal life bragging about their tax refund and the vacation they're going to use it for. The problem this year, and currently, nobody quite knows how the new tax law is going to effect you're average Joe/Joline. Is the IRS going to process your return, the returns for employees who just have a W2, etc. The gov't shutdown has huge ramifications and ripple effects. Thank God we're not flying anywhere. TSA and Air Traffic Controllers are now doing a sick out.
