If Cindy and George didn't take care of Caylee where was she all the other times when Casey said she was with Zanny?? She said Zanny had been taking care of her for about a year and 1/2. I just have a problem with anybody wearing a "US Flag". In fact flag etiquette says we shouldn't. Red, White and Blue to show support are fine but if it is or resembles a flag, I think it's disrespectful. JMO Flag etiquette

She can say she didn't remember..........lying under oath is perjury. She can be prosecuted herself. I would go to the ends of the earth to protect my kids, never having been in this situation, I'm not entirely sure what I would do. I would hope and pray my children would never, ever consider this.

I think it appears he's leaning more to the prosecution side but her attorney doesn't even follow the rules and procedures..............he is making a mockery of the system. That's why it looks like he's leaning, not because he doesn't want her to have a fair trial. This judge has given Mr. Baez more leeway than he deserves.

We got some down just before the rain, it's soaked in well. Ended up with over 2 inches since yesterday.............need to go drain the pool a little.

Moving out of Yorkville now, it was a pretty good shower with some lightning, not much. At least 1/2 inch of rain. Since yesterday we've received over 1 1/2 inches of rain. Thank you Mother Nature!!

I am appalled and insulted you hold these people is such low esteem. Many of them are very smart, learn the language well and would like nothing more than to be here legally. The problem is they must go through proper channels. They come here seeking amnesty, they got it last time and the problem grew worse. Ignoring them is not the answer either. Thank you for posting this! I too navigate that curve every day (sometimes four or six times) and I agree on the distractions making it considerably more dangerous. I would hope this would be a wake up call for 5 very young people and all of their friends.
