I was at home, watching TV when the first plane hit. Wasn't sure what happened, watched the 2nd plane hit................I was in total shock. Went to the office about 11:00, we were glued to the TV most of the day. Walked outside to an eerie calm, we are in the flight path of Atlanta airport, not a plane in the sky. We must never forget.

I have a larger toaster oven as well, not good at making toast but it's great for cooking without heating up the entire kitchen. I like mine so much, I have another one in the basement just like it. You know how after so many years and it quits, you are never able to find the same thing.

Hey UGA1, good to see you. It is this weekend. You can get them from the Chamber, 4H office or the Dallas library. I think several churches have them as well, they are serving food.

It really depends on when you go. Sunday morning is usually the slowest time because many people are at church. Saturday afternoon around 3 is also usually slowing down. Don't come Saturday before 3:00 unless you want to park miles away. Parking is first come first served, they try to keep up when someone leaves but it sometimes gets soooooo busy it's difficult. The Rotary and EPHS/PCHS Band Boosters do a great job with parking!!!

I know the owners of Heath Flooring Concepts and they are wonderful people. I wish I had know them when I put in my hardwoods. I've heard nothing but rave reviews on their work.

Yep!! They love animals as much as everyone else but pet hair and droppings are just not conducive to this type of festival, especially near the food concessions. I don't think some of the exhibitors would like it near their wares either.

Advance tickets are available at the Chamber Office, the 4H Office, several of the churches selling food and at the Dallas Library. You can save $1.00 per person if you buy advance tickets. Children under 12 are free. Remember, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK, this if for health reasons.

I think all mine are gone too. It's a little late for figs, they are usually the first or second week of August. Sorry
