I wasn't clear. I don't eat onions. At all. Yes, I'm really southern. My grandmother (God rest her soul) still doesn't know what went wrong. I prefer white beans with ham. My refusal to eat onions eliminates a lot of stuff at Huck Finns, but I still love it.

I don't have to worry about that. I'm not crazy about white beans by themselves, prefer them with the fish. I don't eat cole slaw with onions, so I don't eat that. So, I'm good when the catfish arrives.

Huck Finns, but we haven't been to Pigeon Forge in several years. I don't eat the whole catfish (my husband does) but I like the filets. We haven't been to the one on 92 since it reopened. I sure do miss the original one. We used to go every Friday night.

Rest assured I have paid quite dearly for my own children. And, was a home-owning taxpayer in this county for 15 years before I ever placed a child into the public school system and I have NEVER complained about those 15 years because I firmly believe that the education of ALL of the children benefits the community as a whole. Btw, we have a house in Woodstock. So we pay dearly for Cherokee County kids to attend school. No homeowner exemption. Haven't ever mentioned that on this board and have never complained about that one either.
