After 35 years in prison, a Florida man was set free Thursday after a DNA test showed he did not kidnap and rape a 9-year-old boy in 1974. "I'm not angry," James Bain, 54, told reporters after a brief hearing in Bartow, Florida. Bain was 19 when he was convicted on charges of kidnapping, burglary and strong-arm rape. He received a life sentence. He's going home for the first time in 35 years. "I got God in my head," said Bain, surrounded by supporters and wearing a T-shirt with "Not Guilty" across the front. "I knew one day he will reveal me." http://articles.cnn.com/.../flo

fbbc, Check out this website. It's all about DNA, DNA testing for Genealogy; you can find your ancestors through your DNA! You can find your father's side of history, your mother's of her history. Your ethnic origins, your ancestral origins, your DNA holds a complete map of where your lineage started and how it led to YOU. DNA Genealogy testing includes mtDNA testing (passed from your mother), Y Chromosome testing which is passed from your father, and Nuclear DNA which is passed to you from both sides of your family past. http://www.mitochondrialdnatesting.com/ I have

If I ever need some legal advise I know where to go, now! Those TV adds, turn me off. John Foit just don't even look like the STRONG ARM he claims to be.

The most beautiful place I know is about a mile off 61, on on the right hand side of Melberry Rock Road. It's just past a little white church. That is mine. It's beautiful, mainly because it's mine.

I wonder if that would work on me. I'm just afraid to try. With my luck I'n probably come out a split tail.

CERVICAL FUSION.........HAVE YOU HAD ONE?

I am sorry, low! I hope you can do well after your treatment, which ever treatment is used. I also hope you have an easy and not so severe treatment that works good for you. And, then there is the recovery. I hope you recover in a short period of time. If I were near enough I would give you a big old comforting hug! -

I am not a person who likes sorriness, and people with lazitis. I know what you guys are talking about when you get down on sorry, good for nothing, low down trash. But, there are people who are not working because they have no job, and are looking for one on a regular basis. When I flip the coin over to the heads side, though, where I should see people who know their stuff, and who use their elbow grease, and work to the sweat of their brow, I see some good there also. Sitting on their arse however, calling on the intercom for a coffee refill, their feet propped up, raising hell becau -
Does fear and intimidation educate us? I don't think so, myself. I couldn't learn anything under the influence of a control by fear and intimidation environment. I was on my own before I started getting a real education. I was so afraid of my father that I would walk way out of my way to make sure I stayed out of his reach. Our house had two door, a front and a back. When I wanted to go in the house I would discretely look in the window, to find out where my father was, so I could chose which door to use. My hands would shake, and people would ask me why I was so nervous, but I

One of my own children quit school, even though he could have continued. I told him he could stay at home, with no requirements except that he go to school. He knew that even if he made bad grades, or failed a grade, I would stick with him still going to school, and he'd have a home with his parents. But he chose to quit school. I said, to him, well you will have to find a job and another place to live, because your mother and I don't rent rooms. You can stay here for one more month. At the end of that month he still had no job, and no other place to live. Nevertheless, I put him out -

Really; What can we expect from 48th State, from the top of the 50 that exist? That's third from the bottom on the IQ scale. When you leave out statistics like this; how can you arrive at any reasonable conclusion? Do you guys live your lives based on your emotions of the statistics, or do you consider any logic when you discuss statistics? -------------------------------------------------------- A major train wreck could happen in our school system, but you guys would get up in the morning, after the incident, and instead of talking real logic and reason, you will obse -
My uncle used to have Dove shoots, over his millet patch, in Buchanan. He owned the ole Poor Farm land, in Buchanan, before he died. It was a good place for Dove shooting. it was kind of secluded. A lot of poor people lived there during the Great Depression.

I'm too old, now. Even my mentor, Richard Proenneke, moved to California, with his brother when he was 82. he had been by himself at Twin Lakes Alaska, for 30 years. He built his home when he was 51. I am already 66, and I din't think I should go, now. I have my present home paid for. But, I certainly would like to go. I would have to have my computer, however! Richard Louis "Dick" Proenneke (May 4, 1916–April 20, 2003) was a naturalist who lived alone in the high mountains of Alaska at a place called Twin Lakes. Living in a log cabin he constructed by hand, Proenneke made valuabl -
------------------------------------------------------------ History tells us that people get restless when all the wealth finally gets concentrated into a small group of people. The recent ousted Gaddafi regime, had gathered up too much wealth to suit the Libyan people. I just hope NATO will help the United States, when the time comes.

A good teacher wouldn't teach in Georgia. The state of Georgia don't treat its teachers well enough to have any good ones. Teachers unions are illegal in 5 states. And, those five states rank 50th, 49th, 48th, 47th and 44th in test scores. Georgia is one of them. The other four are North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. South Carolina – 50th North Carolina – 49th Georgia – 48th Texas – 47th Virginia – 44th ----------------------------------------------------------------- You know, if Georgia was not also the 49th state to have created the least amount -
Baby boomers may be leaving the work force, and may start drawing their Social Security instead of paying into it, but they can still vote, and as long as they can vote they will be standing in line at the polls, even on their walkers, and in their wheel chairs. I believe they will vote to tap into the general welfare before they will do without something they paid into all their lives, And there are enough of them to get it done, with a little help from the 50, 55, and 60 year old baby boomers coming right along behind them. If politicians want to start messing with Social Security

Allow me to reiterate, Mr.Dis! "Should any political party attempt to abolish social security, unemployment insurance, and eliminate labor laws and farm programs, you would not hear of that party again in our political history. There is a tiny splinter group, of course, that believes that you can do these things. Among them are a few Texas oil millionaires, and an occasional politician or businessman from other areas. Their number is negligible and they are stupid." President Dwight D. Eisenhower, l952----- I think you have been getting information from what Eisenhower called a ti

Do you have a guilty conscience, gog? I simply made a quote for you to observe. I didn't call you anything.

Drinking wine, in moderation, is definitely good for you, low! With that said, anything over indulged in is bad for you.

I just can't see your point, Mr.Dis! Being an Eisenhower Republican, from way back, It sounds stupid to me!
