Conservatives are that way. They want the children, because they fight for them to be born, after they are conceived. They don't care if the parents were on drugs or just on a fling. They know that crack babies grow up to be addicted to drugs, and they know their parents are criminal minded, and won't look after their kids. Do conservatives have a plan? .
