  1. I think Pubby is right, momof3! But, it depends on what giving up some of your land would do to the rest of your property. If you have several acres then you would hardly miss 100 sq. ft. of land. So that would be a good idea. With that said, however, it depends, too, on where the 100 sq. ft. is located. You have to be so many feet from your property line when considering an addition, or a storage building later on down the road. And, if you lose that much road frontage it could interfere with getting a driveway permit, or something of the sort.
  2. You may not recommend it, E Z, but cop watching takes brave people! Challenging authority needs to be done, or corruption will prevail. A police officer may, or may not, be pulling you over for a legitimate traffic violation. If you are not being legally detained, you are free to go. The way you know you should be free to go is whether the police officer tells you why you are being detained. If he tells you why you are being detained, and it's a legitimate reason, then you tell him your name, and show him your information. These cops fabricated a legitimate reason after the fact.
  3. Yes, DR! I believe there is a legitimate reason for cops to be fearful. And, the administration may be at more fault than the citizenship in this country. E Z, said kids are becoming braver in dealing with cops, and they have good reason. They don't want to be live cowards, anymore. With that said, this bank robber doesn't deserve the quality of being a dead hero, when he dies.
  4. If a picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth millions; is it not,E Z? .
  5. NO, E Z! In fact, I showed the evidence that was definitely a possibility, until the real story was told. Tennessee is a place of serious Civil Forfeiture. Cops even fight over the money side of the road, instead of the drug side. They don't want to find drugs, EZ, they want to find mucho deniro.
  6. The kid is a dead hero. But, I understand what you are saying, E Z! It's better to be a live coward than a dead hero. Well, the kid was young, and did have many years to live, but what kind of life? This country is not made up of live cowards, Sir! We have freedom of speech, and freedom of silence. We don't have to provide documents to anyone, unless we are reasonably suspected of committing a crime. Young people are learning that it's important to stand up for your rights, even at the possibility of death. Enforcing traffic laws doesn't include asking people if you can sea
  7. Once she gets her declaratory judgment these people can be innocent, but the cops will take them down. All they need is a warrant.
  8. I installed inter duct all over Six Flags, a few years back, and pulled miles, and miles, of fiber-optic cable. That stuff works. I didn't hook any of it up to the communications equipment, but I did the dirty job. You wouldn't believe the underground piping, under that blacktop, at Six Flags.
  9. I don't think it's the cops who are at fault for protecting each other by fraudulent means. I think it's an administration issue, D V b P! Consider the Florida State Patrol who cough a cop driving 120 mph. just trying to get to his off duty job on time. After his arrest the State Patrol officer was the one in the most trouble. The State Patrol officer was demoted, and accused of being a rat. In fact, 26 different police agencies started harassing her. There is no public trust of cops, and I'll be damned if I will give this kind of official the benefit of a doubt, like marvinthemartin,
  10. You don't go around respecting people in the process of committing a crime, mtm! I don't care who they are. Giving people the benefit of a doubt will kill you quicker than standing up for your rights. I don't give anyone, who is in the process on criminal activity, the benefit of a doubt, Sir! It's against the law to drive with bright lights, where several citizens have told you your light are too bright.
  11. If the cop hadn't committed a crime the kid would be alive today, E Z?
  12. You have the correct answer exactly, SB! It is going to cost momof3 to do something about this. There is no need to spend a bunch of money on things that may not work. So your strategy, here, is the best course of action. She may not even need a fence. If she sues them for trespass a few times, they will buy a fence to protect themselves.
  13. I like that idea, Sw, but I didn't see the sign (fist). There's two video's, which one are you referring to? Oh, after going back into the second video, I caught it. I didn't make the connection, until you brought it to my attention. Thanks!
  14. The cop had no reason to question the kid, and it shouldn't even be considered a traffic stop. The kid was actually free to go after the cop told him the reason for the stop. The cop admits that two other witness were saying his lights were to bright. The cop was a roge. A decent cop would simply not do this. Being back on active duty after that is as dangerous as hell to citizens. Here is a man who had to teach a dumb cop the law.
  15. Absolutely, afcs! And, if there is a group of cops they get together, before they leave the scene of the activity, to fabricate a story, and then wright it down on the report. Two cops lied in favor of the cop indited for murder, and they got away with it because the Grand Jury didn't indite them.
  16. Also: A Cease & Desist Letter is often times the first step to asking an individual, or a business, to stop an illegal activity. The purpose of the letter is to threaten further legal action if the behavior does not stop. If this guy is cutting your grass without your permission, momof3 send him a Cease & Desist Letter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vgv__9i8NrA
  17. Memphis police identified 29-year-old Tremaine Wilburn as the ... the third time a Memphis police officer has been killed in the past four years. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CB4QqQIwAGoVChMIpfbltYKMxwIVlhSSCh2qoQkI&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cnn.com%2F2015%2F08%2F02%2Fus%2Fmemphis-officer-killed-traffic-stop%2F&ei=X-a-VeXKKZapyASqw6ZA&usg=AFQjCNFOQm8wshgG4PSc7PReTEfq3xvyYw&sig2=Kt-zFPo3s-ObK22w-Xe2Kg
  18. I don't think the country is crying foul as much as conservatives, and Christians, right here in this area of the country is. They defy all odds of me being right about cops, and you know I can't be that wrong. They would have Pubby to throw me into a locked up forum, where I couldn't even talk to you, if you didn't unlock the forum. If I'm wrong, in the materials I post, it's not that close to 100 %. But, my piers would have you to believe I'm clost to that mark.
  19. The robot was a por bono thing for the betterment of children.
  20. You are very welcome, momof3! I am so sorry you are having to go through this. It seems that you have done everything you can do prior to talking with a lawyer. Don't allow this to fester any more, if you can help it. Get legal, and then stand your ground. After you put up no trespassing signs, and they come onto your property again, sue them for trespass. But, you need that DECLARATORY JUDGMENT, first. I think. But a good lawyer will tell you. You might just need a couple No Trespassing signs.
  21. Check with a lawyer, momof3! They'll talk to you about what you need to do, without a charge. But, I believe you will need a DECLARATORY JUDGMENTS, under O.C.G.A 9-4-2. In cases of actual controversy, the respective superior courts of this state shall have power, upon petition or other appropriate pleading, to declare rights and other legal relations of any interested party petitioning for such declaration, whether or not further relief is or could be prayed; and the declaration shall have the force and effect of a final judgment or decree and be reviewable as such.
