They don't keep people in the hospital long any more at all. I had gall bladder surgery and was out in 24 hours. Dh had his neck fused in two places and was in for 48 hours.

Yeah, I'm the same way. I've got two small kids. It never fails they spike a crazy fever at 2 am. Or I slam my hand in the car door... have gall bladder attacks at 11pm.... throw my back out
