Did Mike Jones resign his job?
its mr sarcastic to you replied to cookies are sweet's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Beingin the work force everyday and in HR I can tell with all certainty you are flat out wrong. While it doesn't hurt in most cases, the person and their real life experience on using common sense and logic will trump a college degree for anyone I hire. -

A book education in my opinion is secondary to common sense and desire to work hard. I have hired may college degrees people who could not function without black and white directions. Leading a county is not black and white and the college script will not prepare them. They throw common sense out the window. I firmly believe in looking at the person, NOT THE PIECE OF PAPER. -

Says Whatever comcrap lover... LOL -
Glad nothing bad happened! I just walked in the door driving from East Cobb and experienced no ice at all from Barrett Pkwy, Dallas Hwy, E Paulding Dr but then found several patches on Mt Tabor and Old Griffin Rd. As long as everyone is slow going they should be fine, but I did avoid Bobo after reading on here so I am not sure about Bobo.
-
Just places on Bobo, sheets make it sound as if the whole road is covered? Because nothing bad on Mt. Tabor other than a few patches, any reasonable driver would have no problem. Idiots, well another story....
-
I don't think so in E Paulding... Maybe west side or north?
-
They asked me if I wanted paperless and offered me some kind of stupid little credit, I told them no thanks and always got the paper bill.

Yes we do all know why... the government has lost the trust of the people they serve. Thats what you meant, right? -

Just hit the prompt for cancelling service. They will ask why and you just tell them you received a great offer and want to switch unless they can offer a better rate. It may take a couple of reps to get a good deal. So if the first doesn't bite hang up and call back. It is really stupid... Sad that loyal customers can't get new customer deals...
-
Oh forgot to mention T-mobile has free Wifi calling
-
Yep, our retention call is an annual thing. Sometimes I set up a cancel date for about 10 days out and call them and say I need to delay it due to circumstances and they offer a better rate then. I have five cell phones, 12 meg service and 250 tv channel package (no home phone) for $360 a month thanks to those cancellation bluffs. Oh and I have 7 receivers.
-
ThKey all do the price raising scam and it is annoying as hell. A loyal customer should be rewarded not penalized.
-
Yeah she will... Also remember that Comcast is tricky, they will give you a rate but it will only be good for 12 months but they hook you on a two year agreement, the rate is significantly higher than the "low introductory rate". The only way you will regret Uverse is if you are super concerned about internet speed which it sounds like is no priority to you. You can sign up for Uverse with a 12 month agreement with a rate that doesn't change. Comcast always tries to pull one over by never mentioning the 24 month thing..... Don't trust them, and if you do get it ALL in writing.
-
I agree with them, you are crazy.
-
I have had Uverse for four years and never had any outages. Comcast is no different, they have areas with poor performance as well. I know in our office complex a lot switched to Comcast Business and faced a lot of outages. Everyone has their problems especially Comcast. --Yes I am the anti Comcast spokesman as I swore to them I would be when they kept threatening me for collections over equipment they picked up because they couldn't get my service right, they just flat out suck.
-
The land line is an option with both Comcast and Uverse. It is a bundle package rate.
