That is why I have a kitchen phone plugged into to the wall. We have a phone, power or no power. I think it is funny when folks say the phone is out too! Everyone must have at least one plug-in old fashion phone.

You had to get him to the front. If you were in the front to begin with, There would of been a witness to the mad man run over your friends foot. So I hope you have learned your lesson of not hanging out in dark alley's! Always hang out where there will be a witness. All I can do is smile now! I guess we will never know. But she answered all questions asked so I guess we will have to read between the lines. All in all I know that a child was hit by a moving vechicle. That is a shame. I think if it was a accident the driver would of stopped to render aid instead of yelling next time I will run you over. So I guess from now on if there are kids in the road(excuse me sitting on the curb, jumping around or whatever he was doing) just wait for them to get out of the way. At first I thought of my 200 gallon propane tank. It sits in the sun all day. When I read the title I thought this is what ya'll were taking about. But apparently it is the gas grill tanks that are catching on fire? I just hope the big one safe.

Okay so we know friend was jumping over a beam...not on a skateboard..and truck/car hit him on purpose. What were the few words the driver said? You went to the movies to see friends. That is our point! We go to the movies to see a movie! You were towards the back of the lot...would that be hanging out in the parking lot? Sorry to be a pain but.....Just curious that's all

I am sorry about the foot injury inked mom but as you can tell we all have experienced some teeney boppers thinking they are indestructable. If Froggie is telling the movie managements side of the story I believe every word typed. What parent would let the kids bring a skateboard to the movies? Too bad we will never get the drivers version. Man if he is a p.commer you know he he dying to tell us the real story. Since you saw the incident happen how about some details? Was driver speeding out of the parking lot and purposely hit this child? Was this child in a group of kids hanging out?

I agree about the guardrail at that curve. It is very scary to even look down the ravine when I am a passenger. Thank goodness I am always driving so I just glide around holding on with both hands!
