Been using AVG for more then 5 years on multiple computers and never got a virus.

Why? Because Surepip has been actively trying to corrupt the jury pool on his own case since the very beginning? Good luck with that one! I'm surprized his attorney permits this at all. I don't know about that, go to Wally World after mid-night and you might change your mind!

Yep, he was standing right there the whole time. I even knew half of the SO and Dallas PD folks who were involved. Still could not get out of it! I tried every trick I could. I ended up being the "alternate" juror and could not vote on anything. So I really wasted 3 days of my time and missed the college graduation of one of my step-kids.

I'm sure the airlines have passed the costs on to the consumer. I didn't think about that since it's been about 20 years that I have flown anywhere. You are right, it's not going to close as it's barely just opened.

lol, yea righ. I just served on jury duty and I knew the victum, the DA, the judge and live right around the corner from where the armed robbery occured....and I'm an ex-LEO. I still could not get out of three days of jurt duty!

Money for these projects come from taxes on avaition fuel sales. So unless you have purchased fuel at an airport, you really have no money invested. Sounds like a sweet deal to me! WCSO, the FBO (or is it FOB) has not been contracted yet, but should be soon. The terminal building will actually be used as part terminal and part economic development center. Oh, send me a private message when you get back home, we may have worked together in the past.

Regency Park, at the red light, is the one I'm talking about. The other one north of the fields I do not know it's name, nor have I looked up it records. I know all about Regency Park as I was hired by the foreclosing bank to research it in detail. -
No one has said anything about your right to fight back, they are just tired of reading about it 2 or 3 times a day here. This is not the place to air your legal rights and I would bet if it ever goes to a jury trial, you have already corrupted the jury pool.....or is that your plan? To force a jury trial outside this County? Good luck with that!

Go for it! as they say...Put up or Shut up!

They woke me up as they came by my house, running wide open.

I don't remember speaking to you or about you. So no need to get an attitude. But since you jumped in the middle of this, and since you say you have gonads....run for office and fix all these issues you keep complaining about! Oh wait, them gonads arn't as big as you say they are? As usual, you are twisting things around to make you feel better! Need I say more? Your quote, not mine.

In some reports we are included, some we are not. I guess it depends on who's doing the reports. -

The IBA did not fund the terminal building. It was aquired by other sources. Try again. -
So, are you going to run for one of the BOE seats that are coming up for re-election? Are YOU willing to stand up and do something about the issues? Typing a rant in a public forum does not count as doing something. Are you going to get involed? Have you attended any of the BOE meetings? Oh, if the County only spent what they had on hand, there would still be 5 schools in the county with 100's of trailers at each one. The County and BOE tried to not spend money they didn't have but the PEOPLE demanded new schools and no trailers! So the County started building schools and now people compla

Welcome to Pcom! Listen to what you read here with a grain of salt in most cases. As you probably already understand, there are a few here that will always bash the others who think different then them. Just remember you are in a battle of wits with an un-armed person! Every election year we have to go thru this, again and again! I expect it will never stop. They back someone who gets in office and then their person realizes they have rules to follow. This makes a few people mad because they did not get what they wanted. I highly recommend to not feed the trolls!

Actually, that subdivision sold out phase one really quickly, but the builders did not see the downturn in the market and kept building phase 2. Phase 3 didn't get too far before the bank took it all back. There are a lot of stories about these properties! Most of it true. -

Really? Do you think a national bank would agree to this? Maybe if someone (County) purchased the land from the bank first, for the price the bank wants. But where is the County going to get the money to purchase the land? And for an industrial company to purchase a "foreclosed" subdivision would cost them 3 times the purchase price to be able to build on it. All the roads, utilities and other infrastructure would have to be removed before they could do anything. Office parks would not work either as there are no planned parking, plus most of these properties are in residential areas. Just som -

Just because a property borders a rail line does not mean the railroad will allow a spur. Many have tried this already and failed. There is one spot in the County that the Railroad has already approved a rail spur, the old spray fields on Bill Curruth Pkwy. The County is already working on developing a large heavy industrial park with heavy rail access. This is just one project in the works right now. -
There, I corrected your statement to reflect reality! Oh, I thought you said you were bowing out of this?
-
Good post! But you are still new here, right? This happens every election by a select few who have an agenda. They are not hard to pick out! You have the right attitude and it sounds like you do know whats really going on!
-
You know as well as I do that was an open ended question and there are no right answers. No two legal cases are the same and there is no way to answer that question and you know it. And having workeed for a neighboring County, I doubt seriously the County is defending anyone other then the County! All you are trying to do is bait someone to answer you so you can use it again later if needed!
-
No need for shouting, I agree with you on this 100%. He should get his day in court! But this is not the place to discuss legal actions.
