  1. Absolutely my favorite show growing up. Sometimes AMC or some station will have a week-end marathon...........even though I've seen them so many times, I still watch. Celebrate 'Twilight Zone' Day with Damon Lindelof's Favorite Episode Kristen Baldwin Editor-in-Chief May 11, 2016 While the “national day” craze has gotten a bit out of hand of late — National Gumdrop Day? National Wiggle Your Toes Day? National Button Day? — today’s quasi-holiday is one we can get behind: Twilight Zone Day. Created to honor Rod Serling’s seminal TV series — which premiered in 1959 — Twi
  2. If you didn't grow up on a farm, you missed one of the best times. My granddaddy had blue ticks before I was born, but when I was little he had beagles for rabbit hunting.
  3. Men and boys love to pee outside. My granddaddy used to pee outside. But we all did when we lived on the farm. It's just a liberating thing to do! LOL
  4. I've used the men's at concerts when the women's line was wrapped around the corner. Never bothered me once. When you gotta pee, you gotta pee
  5. I thought this was an interesting read: With Income Tax Eliminated, $85 Million Flows Into Kansas Rex Sinquefield , Contributor I focus on pro-growth, free market tax reform solutions in states.  Opinions expressed by Forbes Contributors are their own. For some, “the Kansas experiment” is a negative phrase – an epithet hurled toward anyone who would defend the sweeping tax reforms implemented four years ago in the Sunflower State. For others, however, “the Kansas experiment” is a bold and forward-thinking move. While dividends might not be immediately evident, fre
  6. I love this and ain't that the truth!
  7. I agree that the women's restrooms are nasty but that's not the issue.
  8. Well, that's not a lot of information. What happened, what caused the altercation and where were you? When? ETA: Why even post if you're not going to explain the situation?
  9. Lindsey Tippens was the one on the Senate floor that objected to medical marijuana use in Georgia. He wanted more studies done. There's no need for more studies. He just wanted his name in print, he doesn't give two hoots about cannabis oil helping very sick children and adults. http://www.webmd.com/news/breaking-news/marijuana-on-main-street/medical-marijuana-colorado Ezra suffered his first seizure at 3 days old. He screamed, gyrated, turned purple. The strain on his body and mind left him unresponsive for hours. At 3 months, the seizures began to multiply, 300 to 500 a day.
  10. That really is an ignorant statement. And I think it's the republicans trying to keep it out of Georgia. But I could be wrong.
  11. I saw that on FB, it's so creepy

  14. Pubby has said in the past that the political topics are current news and could stay in the café until the fights break out.
  15. I know one of the topics is in the political discussion
  16. My prayers are with you and your family. He has no more pain and he is in a wonderful place.
  17. I thought about posting yesterday. I shared texts with Laurie and she told me her father was resting, in a coma. Her father passed away during the night. When you think of her, please say a prayer for her and her family. She has been so strong and been there for her dad all the way. We all wish we could take the pain and sting away, but we can't. But we can pray for strength and peace. God bless you Laurie and your family. Your father has passed into a wonderful spiritual being and place where he is at peace. Just know that I love you
