  1. source Maybe 30 years ago I could, I remember at Six Flags late at night we would ride and go get back in line. Over and over I would probably have a heart attack now!!!! Insane Six Flags 'Drop of Doom' ride packs a 90 mph free fall If you plan on visiting New Jersey's Six Flags Great Adventure next year, be sure to bring a sturdy stomach. The amusement park known for hosting some of the world's most intense roller coasters is adding a new one to the mix -- and it's determined to take your breath away. And possibly your lunch. Rising 415 feet in the sky -- that

  5. Oh that's a good one, woman to woman!!
  6. It won't stop a thing, it will only put our elite soldiers in harms way. Let the UN take care of it.
  7. I'm tired of dead and injured soldiers coming home, only to NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF because the VA is corrupt just like the rest of the government. Let the UN give humanitarian aid, isn't that what they're for?
  8. Well, once you get to Pigeon Forge, there's a pancake place on every corner. Tell the little Rugrats it's Cracker Barrel on the road getting there. I love Cracker Barrel breakfast!!!! That's where we always eat when we leave on a road trip.
  9. So why is Obama even considering a strike? Doesn't public opinion matter? Air strikes will cost us how much borrowed money?? I'm just sick of it all. The in-fighting in Washington, taxes keep going up, the price of gas, the cost of food, the cost of everything! On and on and on.
  10. A book really has to hold my interest. And yes I've quit in the middle.
  11. Have a good time and try to regroup. However, if it lingers you might want to talk with your doctor. My primary care physician prescribed Lexapro which is a good anti-depressant without too many side effects.
  12. I just wanted to add that sunshine is an excellent source of Vitamin D and Vitamin D is very necessary for good health. Also, I'm taking 5000 IU of D3 and its cheap and Walmart has it. I get 400 mcg of Folic Acid (which is a B vitamin) in my multivitamin. Also, iron may help. I came home from the hospital on iron. But you have to be careful with iron, it can be toxic, especially if you don't lose blood each month with a period, which Aunt Flo doesn't come to visit me anymore. Thank you Jesus. I don't take it any more because my iron levels are good.
  13. Craig's List scares the crap out of me. I know I can't sell my trailer unless I go on CL but there is no way in hell somebody is coming to my house. I'm still trying to get my husband to park it in a rental lot. Meanwhile it still sits in my d/w.
  14. I use iodized salt to cook with but admit I love Kosher and sea salt. I wonder how long before we see illness due to lack of iodine because a lot of folks don't use iodized salt anymore. I had some terrible depression after my last surgery and made myself sit in the sun for 15 minutes each day, even in the winter. I found out my vitamin D3 was very low as well as folic acid and I have supplemented both and I feel much better. And I'm sure just time getting over the surgery helped. Hope you can figure it out and get to feeling better soon. Depression sucks and I have never suffered f
  15. They never load on here. I always use photobucket and its easy. Just copy and paste the IMG codes. I would love to see some pics!
  16. This is the part that I bolded from the article. And I do not believe we should get involved at all. We have lost enough people in wars that were none of our business. Fighting Jihad terrorist is a losing battle except on our own soil. Again, why would we even think of getting involved in another war when we can't pay for the one we're fighting now and we can't even help our own people in this country. "It is very clear tonight that while the House has not passed a motion, it is clear to me that the British parliament, reflecting the views of the British people, does not want to see
  17. I am really tired of taking care of the rest of the world, especially when we can't take care of our own. Olivier Knox, Yahoo! News 2 hours ago The United States reserves the option to go it alone on a possible military strike against Syria, the White House signaled late Thursday, after Britain’s parliament rejected going to war.“As we’ve said, President Obama’s decision-making will be guided by what is in the best interests of the United States,” National Security Council Spokeswoman Caitlin Hayden said in a statemen
  18. Check out this topic...........here Notice the edit she made August 19: ****NOTE: Thanks to all, but between the birds, rain and people picking them, they are gone. I'll more than likely have more in a week or two.
  19. KUDOS TO THE MARSHALL'S OFFICE. I put my complaints in writing, got two follow up calls from the officer and there is no longer a car parked on the main street curb impredeing traffic and they are cutting the grass next door at the abandoned house. I saw him writing the girl a citation last week
