I had one a few years back that would peck my bedroom window early in the morning. It was so aggravating and it would go on and on and on. I tried running him off and he came back. The only thing I could figure since he was only out there in the mornings it must have had something to do with the sun coming up and the way it shined on the window. He finally went away.

And the way I inderstand this bill, it does discriminate. That's why Indiana, Kentucky and now Georgia are rewriting their bills to include some type of no discrimination wording. I'm still not understanding the purpose of his bill. Who was it supposed to protect? And how , by discriminating?
