  3. The next time your neighbor complains about your barking dog maybe you should pay attention ! ..... " He complained for months about incessant dog barking coming from homes all around him. He even put up fliers on doors throughout his Phoenix townhome complex advising people of pet ordinances and fines. This weekend, police say, the 56-year-old went on a rampage, methodically killing four members of a family who lived next door, along with their two dogs." http://news.yahoo.com/barking-dogs-may-sparked-ariz-family-slaying-224725677.html
  4. Anal Retentive; The term anal retentive (also anally retentive), commonly abbreviated to anal,[1] is used to describe a person who pays such attention to detail that the obsession becomes an annoyance to others, potentially to the detriment of the anal-retentive person. 7. A kitchen is just another room in a house, still people refer to it as the kitchen to give other people a general idea what part of the house they are referring to, it's just easier than saying that room with the stove and refrigerator in it. But next time when referring to the Bill of Rights I will say ,The first 10 amendments to the Constitution aka The Bill of Rights. Just to avoid another pompous lecture on semantics.
  8. The Bill of Rights refers to the first ten Amendments to the Constitution added later in 1789. The Constitution deals mostly with America's form of government while the Bill of Rights lays out limits of that government .

  14. I can see The American Constitution and Bill of Rights don't mean much to you. That's a shame lot of people have fought and died to preserve the rights and freedoms our country was founded on and has stood for these past 200 and some odd years. After helping to form our country a woman asked Ben Franklin " What kind of government have you given us. A Republic Madam. If you can keep it". From what I can see these days, what the American people will accept in the name of security that Republic may not be far from over. Mr Franklin had another saying "They who can give up essential liberty t

The major source of these jobs is the area's carpet industry -- the city of Dalton bills itself as "The
  16. Maybe that's how we have gotten to this point, American's going along to get along. And for our cooperation we get things like road blocks, cash seizures, our front doors being kicked in by swat teams. The Patriot act that's led to phone taps, emails read and American citizens being executed without Due Process. What's next ........ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQfdSBq7flw

  19. Who would have thunk it !..... The most dangerous states in America Tennessee has the dubious distinction of having the worst violent crime rate in the country. The state was among the top 10 in the country for murders and robberies and was first for aggravated assaults, with an estimated 479.6 for every 100,000 residents. Tennessee's 41,550 violent crimes in 2012 were up 6.8% from 2011 but down 10% from 2007, when there were 46,380 violent crimes. There were 388 murders in the state in 2012, up for a second straight year. http://homes.yahoo.c...-161944577.html

  22. It's the sense of entitlement that some kids seem to have these days that worries me the most. A recent survey said that 15% of young people 16 to 24 are neither working or going to school. http://www.foxnews.c...ork-study-says/ That comes to 6 million young adults whose parents seem to be ok with junior sitting around the house doing nothing. This particular 18 year old was so outraged that Mama couldn't give him gas money he went as she said ballistic. * I remember after graduating from school I had no real plans and didn't know what I was going to do. After about a month of this
