My at@t internet was down for two days, convinced it was my old westell modem I ordered a new one (different manufacturer) on Amazon. It advertised as faster,easy to install and compatible with most all carriers including at@t. After almost 48 hrs of being down my internet was restored but Amazon has already shipped. Is it as difficult to set one up as some say (I am not a techie by any means most computer terms are not even in my vocabulary) ? I really would hate to have to pay to ship it back. The old modem always runs hot and needs to be rebooted at least once a month.
