Why do you consider this a bad law?

I'm guessing lowrider meant when you have a slow driver on the interstate that causes people to have to change lanes and increases congestion. I'd agree that these slow drivers are more dangerous than someone in the fast lane going 80 mph.

They should enact a law that bans people blocking lanes when they want to move over into another lane at a stop light but have to wait. Penalty should be prison for 50 years (yes, this drives me insane).

Windows 7 is really good. It is much more stable and reliable than Vista. Windows 8 is probably stable but the stupid user interface isn't very good for non-tablet devices (there are workarounds to make it work like Windows 7 but none really solve the problem completely from what I can tell).

Short answer: it depends. Long answer: It depends on many factors and other's experiences may not be the same as what you would experience. Much of the stability and performance depends on your area. I've had all of them over the years and had problems with every one although most of the time they all work well. Comcast internet is clearly faster than DSL or U-Verse. DSL is older technology and pretty slow compared to other technologies. U-Verse is better but still usually slower than cable. I will agree though that Comcast tech support is usually useless.
