Here's the taco seasoning we make: 2 tablespoons chili powder 1 tablespoon ground cumin 2 teaspoons cornstarch 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1 1/2 teaspoons hot smoked paprika 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper It's from the Alto Brown recipe that Papi mentioned. I love homemade tacos! We are having sausage tortellini with butternut squash sauce and garlic knots.
