    Also knew someone that wore sweats that had socks and wash clothes glued randomly all over. They were static cling. Or dress in a white an wear a garbage bag= white trash. Or wrap yourself in tinfoil and go as a baked potato. Or wrap yourself in clear plastic wrap and go as...............never mind.

    Blue shirt and glue random clumps of cotton balls on it. Carry spray bottle of water. When someone asks you what you're suppose to be, say "partly cloudy with a chance of showers." Then squirt them with spray bottle. .
