didn't read all responses but here is my take and only because I have some experience. With that being said. In my former job, I sold fuel, it was my main revenue. Although a little different as it was Jet fuel and Avgas. However, we were small man on the field and the margins that my manager had going were astronomical!! At some points even triple what we were paying cost from the consortium. Now, the big guys across the way were much cheaper due to the fact that they sold a much higher volume and could make their money on less margin per gallon.
