There is a place on the Dallas Square that has awesome cupcakes. I do not remember the name tho.

The newest Catfish Den was a Restaurant for a VERY short time. But the Old Catfish Den has been a Bakery for a while now.

Been there....done that. The business that they sub-contract for is a reputable and legit company. You can work directly for the head company without going thru a sub-contractor. Do yourself a favor and skip the middle man. JMHO

Exactly......... He is not trying to hurt the county in anyway.

A Shuttle Service for Paulding County???? Serious???? Okay, I am buying a car and starting my own business. I will gladly purchase a 9 year old vehicle and pay the $100 per year fine. Then I can transfer people to: The Airport Ampitheater Sidewalk to nowhere Fred's All the Tunnel Entrances Chucubbra's home Krispy Kreme And the Old Kmart I can make a fortune. You better call and make your appointments now because I see a great demand for my service and I will undercut all of the Shuttle Buses.

My 2 cents worth: I have always loved Audrey's....until my last 2 visits. Something has changed and it is just not the same. I voiced my concern to the owner after the first bad experience, he was kind in his response. My following visit was not any better tho. They will get one more chance before I write them off.

Go back and see when the downfall started. 9 years ago. Just sayin. And Lucky..............we that were born and bread here are also to blame because many parents have stopped parenting. However, Katrina did have a big impact and NO not all of those that moved here were bad. I am not saying that, just a big majority.
-
I have been saying this for several years, made many comments about it and nobody seems to get it.
-
Lucky, I don't think that they meant bad by her statement. Many people lately that commit suicide seem to take someone with them. I may be wrong, but I think Lucky was just stating that thankfully it wasn't murder/suicide. The girlfriend will never be the same. Sadly, a teenage boy that I know was there when it happened and witnessed it as well. He is devastated.

You guys need to catch up. Here's the story: The new building at the Old Kmart is the launching pad for the airport. You check in there first, I think that the Chucabbra will greet you at the door. Then you will be escorted thru the tunnels to the old Arby's building where they will be serving Krispy Kreme underground. Once you have had the donut then you will be rocketed thru the tunnel to do any necessary shopping at Fred's, yes it still exists. From there you will be scooted down the side-walk to nowhere which will have a Taxi at the end (the rumor about them closing was not true).
-
Just a little friendly advice: * Do not ask about the Tunnels or Fred's. * The sidewalk to nowhere cost a fortune but goes nowhere. * Bigfoot does live in Paulding but we have a code name for him. * Don't cross the gourds on the roadways...........it will cost you.

I bit the bullet and switched to Chrome. While I like most things about it (except for the excessive pop-up ads) it does not display my PCom correctly. All of the Topics are lined up on the right of the page, not centered like they should be. How can I fix this? It is annoying.

Daughter, SIL, and Granddaugher are FINALLY on the way home

Wow, so glad that they are okay. My sister and her family lived in Belize for years and I always feared a situation like this. We have several friends that still live in Belize and similar stories have happened to them. Now you can thank God for their safety and enjoy your weekend. -
Mrs. G.......If he is actually squatting then that is a different story. If he is down on his luck and cannot afford a car or utilities then I would definitely try to offer a hand up (not a hand-out). We are to help those in need. Again, if he has harmed nobody and just needs help then I would help.
-
Fair enough.
-
Because he may be a man in need or an Angel unaware and God may want someone to help him. Hopefully you are never in his shoes. And I prefaced it by saying IF he had done you no harm, it appears that he has not. Just my thoughts.
-
If they have not done anything to harm you or the kids then I would do the neighborly thing and ask him if he needed a ride anywhere or help with getting the lights turned on.

I have been told by several people that the supermarket is actually going into the shopping center where Anything Joe's is located. Of course I also heard that a KK was coming to town so I really do not know what to believe anymore. You would think that the higher-ups in Town that want us to approve of the changes being made would actually tell us what was in the plans. You know that they read many of the posts here and it would be very easy for them to stop rumors and confirm actuality. Just my thoughts.

Windows 7. It is just giving way too much trouble since IE 11 was put on it so I will just go Chrome....thank you.
-
There has been talk of a KK for months. There was even a job posting from their corporate recently. That building would be perfect. I am thinking that somebody just put the word NO in front of KK on the sign. Why would a business or building owner advertise "No Krispy Kreme?"
-
I was considering this..........you just pushed me over to Chrome, thanks.
