According to my sons friend (teenagers talking) shots were fired in the Apartment complex. No knowledge as to whether anyone was harmed.

Seriously??? Well I am no detective BUT if the Subway near Ridge was robbed, the Waffle House on Ridge AND the Gas Station on Ridge all on the same night I believe I would be leaning toward it being the same person/persons. Scary.

My secret with both turkey and ground beef is to add chili powder to it no matter what type of dish I am making. It gives it an awesome flavor and amazingly does not taste chili like (if that makes sense). Give it a try, it is good stuff.

Get a box of uncrustable PB&J. They will thaw out by lunch time. Maybe some apples and grapes. Freeze juice boxes or bottles of water, they will also thaw before lunchtime. Have fun.

If you are looking for a larger corporation for employment may I suggest you look toward the Chattanooga area. I live in Paulding and have found it actually takes less time to get to Chattanooga than Atlanta most days. Just a thought. Oh, and don't forget that Rome has great businesses to work at as well.

Okay, with the power out last night and no way of communication I began to think about the TV. When we were younger and the power went out we had one of those small portable TVs that was battery operated. With the new digital TV service this is not an option anylonger. Do they make small ones that are digital ready? I went nuts with no outside information last night. We have DSL so with no power the computer was not an option and my phone will not get internet.
