Dude, I'm talking abought tonight!

Good luck LTD... I took this road 3 years ago...it was good for the first year, even did some writing and published a couple of novels. Then a close friend talked me into helping him with his several businesses...Now I work 10-12 hours/week, sitting here at my computer managing a few projects for him. No stress, no worries and it keeps the beer in the fridge and once in a while I add to the arsenal... ~FW~

$90,000? Really? You think that is too much? Let's make some comparisons.... I attended college in the 60's...yep I am a certified 'Old person'...and it cost (with books, room and board and tuition) about $1,500/semester. $6,000/degree My Oldest daughter attended college in the 80's (before anything like the HOPE scolarship) and it cost me (including a partial music scholarship) about $3,500/semester..all told $15,000 +/- for a degree. Now for today's calculation: (Assuming your figures are correct) $90,000 equals $22,500/year or $7,500/semester. From the 1960's to the 1 -

Yep, It has been young people protesting, but not historically... Historically, real, fundamental protests were by people who had a legitimate reason to protest...Civil Rights come to mind... These young people? Not so much, most of this group specifically have not experienced anything that deserves a protest... They will need many years in 'the real world' before they even have earned the right to voice a protest! Sorry but Mom and Dad's money, your BMW, Cell-Phone and free College Education do not qualify! ~FW~ -

MESSAGE? They actually have a message! The ones I've heard during interviews make about as much sense as an interview with an NBA player... ~FW~ -

LOL....talk about hitting the 'Nail' on the 'Head'.... You, get the 'Golden-Hammer' award! You can always tell when they aren't Eddie's words....most of them will be spelled correctly...that is as long as he did a 'cut-N-paste'....LOL ~FW~

I have been there 3-4 times...I find it very average. For about a 10-minute drive...I think you can't beat MoMo-Ya in Douglasville....they have it all Chinese-Japanese-Sushi. We have tried all three types....Never had a bad experience, or bad food and we have been there a 'Bunch' and have used their cary-out many times. ~FW~

I suppose that's fine for someone who can't work out their own contracts... Hmmmm, If the agent gets paid when the author gets an advance...then how is it that there's NO EXPENSE??? ~FW~

I have published 2 books, with 2 more in the works...both are on Amazon. Tell her/him to keep plugging away and self-promotion is the key. An agent is a very expensive way to go. Try self-publishing at create space...it's a division of Amazon...very reasonable. ~FW~
