My experience with weight loss has always found that the easy stuff, like fad diets, pills, books, purging, hot baths, pills, fad diets, boxed foods, pre-portioned foods....Did I mention Fad diets? These are all kind of like Fishing Lures....Most are designed to catch fishermen and not the fish! Same with Diets...Best advice....Stop taking in more calories that you burn off in a normal day!
