as I said before ... I know that this forum helped my son with finding out some information. enough to help him be able to go to bed and then deal wiht what needs to be dealt with today... we are all very upset like anyone would be who has lost a young person that they know. My son knows the boy and his mom... this is truely very sad... also remember people greeve in different ways and venting on here might help some deal with their greef now quit complaining about us talking on here and PRAY for the family and what they are going through.

I am not seeing where this is on WSB news... someone said that they were talking about it... all I see on their site is about a kid from gwinnett getting shot after a football game. I would love to have some info for my son by the morning. We dont know who the other kids are or anything.. we are concerned about them also

personally I am appreciative of this forum.... my son came was very upset about this and this forum is how I found out the details for him... he knows the kids.

I hope this new principal handles the situation well

Mom - Remeber he got punished at school for the not listening... if you punish him again at home you will not get the result you are looking for, it wont sink in with him. I wiould suggest that you reinforce the correct way to be at school but without the punishment. and then when he has a good day praise him. If the ill behavior continues then take the more drastic measures. But wait for it to become an issue and not right out of the gate.

LOVE your picture! they lady called me last night. she said no glitz. you might want to call her or email her for clarification. I had no idea what anything meant so she told me just an easter or christmas frilly dress would be ok.

North Paulding High School went fine.. like almost all the teachers... like the new principal. everyone was very helpful and welcoming. I know there were a couple of people with problems but I look at the open house as a meet and greet and find your classroom type of deal and nothing more. Plus I had a stroller to plow the way for me.. lol

my family were all Srhiners and/or Masons... so I know how wonderful the hospital is... plus my family is BIG on donating to the hospital when they die...

I jsut saw a place on the 278 across from highland dentistry that sells infant - womens clothes and other things... dont remember the name of it but you might try there... another thought is that you might post them for sale on here or on craigs list... you might get more money that way

I vote for you to come here...but since we are not near Ridge Rd.. and probably inconvienient for you... let me just say.. PKU looks great.. they would get my vote for you... I am glad they are not my competition... but here is the thing... put your kids where you and they feel the most comfortable. if you are not worried about the money ($5) then it is how you get along with the administration and the teachers. it comes down to personalities and who you mesh with.. they are with YOUR Baby for the day... that is the main thing you need to look at...good luck to you and your search.
