For me its my sister, her two grown daughters, & her grandaughter. Talk about keeping it in the family. I WISH I COULD MAKE THEM DISAPPEAR OUT OF MY LIFE. However, my mother & father have enabled all of them and continues to do so. Unfortunately, the money train won't end until my Mom and Dad are in Heaven. I often wonder what they will do then? No one else in the family will help them, but they will call you hundreds of times to ask.........my answer is still NO.

Did that do an MRI or cat scan to see if you have torn ligaments?

I never said my family member wasn't allowed potty breaks.......as far as the continued education......she is working her way thru nursing school with a great GPA thank you......this is not her final destination for sure. Wow, so you can be made to stand on your feet for 10-12 hrs with no break for lunch, dinner, etc??

Could anyone tell me what the Labor Laws are regarding breaks for servers? Lately a family member has been forced to serve without a break for 10 to 12 hours at a time at a local restaurant. Who should I contact to report?

Nowhere on this does it say This is an attempt to collect a debt, this is from the law office of Jeff Kelly in Dallas, GA, it does say Legal Advertisement on it, but is also post a case number.

Apparently a collection company has filed a lawsuit against me. That's what all the letters I'm suddenly getting from attorneys say anyway. I recognize the name they say filed. It is a very agressive collection agency that pursued an account from Dell that I believe is way past the statute of limitations for collecting. Ten years ago, I purchased a computer from Dell, that never ever worked correctly. Dell would only offer phone help which did not fix the problem and I informed them unless they could exchange the product I was not going to continue to pay and I didn't. I assumed wrong

I am one of those "perfectly healthy" looking young people with a handicap placard hanging from my mirror. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Trust me, I get plenty of dirty looks and have even had ugly comments made to me as I was getting out of my vehicle. I have a permanent heart condition and a permanent defibillerator in my chest. I understand people don't think I look disabled, but not everyone with disablilities is crippled or look sick. Please put your mind in motion before you put your mouth in gear!

A year ago I contracted with a trainer at a gym for 3 sessions a week. for one year. After three months, the trainers started calling and cancelling our sessions for various reasons, eventually the trainers all quit, except the daytime trainer, which I could not use because I work during the day. I hear ya! My fever is under control, but the chest congestion is bad, as well as I ache. My ears are killing me and my TEETH! Never knew your teeth could hurt from the flu? Anyone experienced that? Yeah, I started taking Tamiflu on Monday and I'm still not feeling much better, except my fever is now a steady 99 -100 degrees instead of 103-104. Hope everybody gets to feeling better.

She did say that if the flu test is administered too early into the flu it could cause a negative reading. Maybe that's what happened. Hope you feel better!

Daughter started feeling bad on Thursday and by Saturday so was I. We go to the Dr. Monday morning and we both have Type A Flu!!! This is after taking the flu shots 4 months ago! Why take the shot if your gonna get it anyway??!! We went to the New Hope Urgent Care, and I just have to say...this is the second time I've been there....and I am so impressed with Dr. Mayfield, I may change primary care doctors! She is awesome!!!!!!

Chevy Tahoe......I have an 01 with 200,000 on her and she still drives like a dream! Wouldn't hesitate driving cross country with her right now. Never had any mechanical issues at all. Love this truck!
