I would not hestitate to call this terrorism, it is clearly terrorism. The motivation is entirely political in nature. That's the very definition of terrorism. Now whether this was intended to help or hurt the Democrats remains to be seen... I dunno and neither do you... We can both speculate, but until a suspect is identified, that seems like a pointless exercise. Whoever this person turns out to be, they certainly wanted to be noticed. In that sense, it appears to have went exactly according to plan.
