Yea youd think they would be the responsible party. The way the did it with me was it was in the tow lot for about 3 days then the insurance company moved it to their lot to decide the damage and decide if it was fixable ot totaled. It only took about a week to decide that it was totaled.Then they sent me a check. I hope they gave you some stuff at hopital for pain and such. And I hope your hubby will be home tomorrow for you. I made mine stay home the next day. I feel your pain and hope I never have to go through that again and I will be thinking about you tonight and tomorrow. Like I said if

WOW people are amazing. That kid that hit me wouldnt even look at me. They took me by ambulance also. I still say State Farm is trying to play you. The kid that hit me wasnt the owner of the truck either. And the county used their tow company. If i were you Id wait till Friday, after you get over the worst part of the soreness tomorrow, and start calling, either way this wreck was not your fault and you shouldnt have to pay for that. Why are you having to pay for it since it wasnt your fault?? When that kid hit me they towed my car, it was totaled, but I didnt have to pay for that. If you have medpay on your insurance you wont have to pay anything for medical or put it on your health ins, (is the way i understand it). I learned that the hard way. But i did think that if its not your fault the other drivers ins. would have to pay for towing. And Im so sorry this happened to you, you are gona be so sore tomorrow so hang in there. Im glad you werent hurt worse.

This is a great post, I agree with you, I would give my true friends a gift if they need it that badly. But you gotta know who your true friends are, I think then you want to give them a gift to help them and not expect anything back. GeeTee you gotta know who your real true friends are not everyone you meet or know are real friends some are just people you know. I admire you for wanting to help someone out though. I hate this happened to ya but dont let it ruin you one helping out people, because we all need it at some time. Just pick and choose wisely.
