I do print postage at home for all my Priority Mail but I have poly bags that are hard to tape printed postage to that I use for First Class.

Daughter got sweatshirt for birthday from out of town relative. It was to big. Sender said send it back we will take care of it. So here is my rant.....packaged it up weighed it here at home gave it to hubby told him it should go first class. Hubby calls after leaving post office and says nope they said it was to heavy to mail first class and it will have to go priority mail. He has since checked his receipt and weight noted on receipt was 11.09 oz same as my scale showed. What gives???? Lithia Springs Post Office btw. It was about a 50% mark-up in price to mail the package. Urrrrg.

It is sleeting here off Hwy 61 in Dallas near Paulding High. Kids want to run some errands. Hummmm seriously don't want to get stuck out on the roads like last time it iced.

Have an email saying they are registering for USTA 10 and under on adjusted courts sized for little ones. Registration ends Feb 14th Lost Mountain Tennis Center.

The deadline has already passed but I have signed my 12 yr old up for Jr Alta out of Lost Mountain. Reasonably priced, lessons and matches. They also have lessons year round. They are just inside the Cobb line off Hwy 120.

Came home from a photo shoot to a plate warming in the oven. Hubby cooked breaded pork chops, butter and cinnamon carrots, corn casserole. The corn casserole might become our new favorite dish to take to family reunion.

Or they could be used to replace your plastic fireplace bucket (ie 5 gal sheetrock mud bucket). Unfortunately we already replaced the plastic due to meltage.

I think there is a place in Cedartown that is free if you don't have insurance. It is located off Hwy 27 in a shopping center across the street from CVS.

We had a Nexflix movie delivered yesterday put it back in the mailbox to go out today...then a really strange thing happened. Arrived home at 6pm mail hadn't run brought movie inside, 2 minutes after we came inside the mail came delivered by two different trucks 30 seconds behind each other both brought mail to our mailbox!!! Weird.

Anyone else see the video of the guy iceskating at night down Peachtree? It was awesome! -
I would say I am the baby. Youngest of three girls. I just turned 40. However, I have two half brothers who are 8 and 11 so technically I guess I'm not the baby anymore.

We had regular chili yesterday so of course what could we possibly have today besides Mexican chili LOL

What about trash service???? My trash picks up tomorrow and wonder if I should put it on the curb tonight. JK

There is plenty of traffic going by me at 45 mph on Hwy 61. But I am down near Paulding High School. If you are trying to navigate the interstates please check online. Hubby has been online with Ga Navigator trying to see if he can make it to Doraville anytime today... most interstates were closed.
-
I was kinda worried about the state of the pillows and blankets. Most definitely didn't get under the covers!!!

Even in Tn cleared roads aren't always the case. Many years ago the interstate going over Mt Eagle was closed due to ice and my husband and I had to spend the night in a fleabag hotel room didn't even have a lock as they usually used it for storage...got the last room available. As another said even in prepared states it takes time to clear the roads and get people to work. The roads were cleared and we were able to leave soon after... good thing because we were starting to itch.

My husbands boss wants to know how late today they can advise him to go to Doraville and get a hotel. In the hopes of getting a tractor trailer with a million dollars in instruments to Morehouse Collage on Wednesday. It bites because this is his slow season and he had this whole week booked for work and can't do any of it.

This is the reflection off the snow/ice in the yard next door. Their yard is still pristine tonight. Looks almost like a lake.

Yep. Because dang I had a poo party planned for tomorrow. To be fair out of curiosity I checked online and they do have 3 offices but still.
