When we were kids we were taught to obey authority figures and adults. Perhaps we should go back to teaching that to our children instead of telling them "You don't have to listen to them." I have no idea what happened in this case, it's a tragedy, but you didn't hear about this type of thing back when kids carry guns, real guns, around a lot. Thanks, we really needed that time together and away from home. The drive, while long gave us some much needed together alone time. While seeing and meeting G&O's really does rate very high on my "it was one of the best things ever" list, as Mei Lan said, meeting and tricking my wife into marrying me is at the top of every good things list I have. (ok, her and the kids tie sometimes, but the wife never falls below Number 1)

OK, here is the long and....long of it. Left Friday at 9am (we will skip the reasons why it was 9 instead of 8am, arrived at the hotel in Tampa around before 4pm. Checked in, walked next door and ate at 5 Brothers, our 1st time, not bad. (temp was 72 degrees) Cleaned up and left for the show. Till I get back home to the picture of me and my girls, but I can say they were GREAT!!! The wife and had a wonderful time, they put on a fantastic show. And they were just as nice in person as I thought they would be. And the wife said that in person, Kate was even better looking and cuter than she is on video or TV. Yes, SHE said it, not me. Worth ever second of the 16 hour round trip. Gotta go now, I am expecting Kate to call any minute.
