I did say I could be wrong, but am I correct that the county is on the hook for basically everything? I will agree it is a win-win, maybe, when I see the business plan. Keep in mind I am not saying no commercialization. But I am saying, it has to make sense.

I doubt that. The best that I can understand, the county gave them a sweetheart deal. Twenty years with an option for twenty more and from what I understand, the county is on the hook if things don't work out. I could be wrong, but that is my understanding. Why would you leave if you aren't responsible for anything?

How about going BACK to what did work? Isn't that a smart thing to do? Hmmmm, let me see if I understand. Home burglaries are rampant in my county, I decide to put in home security system to protect me and my family's well being, as well as my property.
