  1. First, this has nothing to do per se with the discussion between CC and BB, I promise. But that response made me laugh, a lot. It just struck me as funny, nothing to do with whether it is correct, incorrect or anything else. Carry on.
  2. Ohhhhh, their there, trust me....I have been probed.
  3. You worry too much, what have you got the federal government wants? They already get as much of your money as they want, they have taken your youth and health, what else you got left?
  4. I polled a few people, it didn't go well. (I have mentioned this before) I asked the first three people I saw at Kroger the following question. Concerning having commercial, passenger air service at the Paulding County airport, are you for this, against this or don't know? One was for it, one was against it and one wasn't sure. OK, the one that wasn't sure really didn't answer the question at all, what they really said was, "Let go of my buggy or I will shove this squash...", on second thought it really doesn't matter exactly what they said, just that they were not sure about the comm
  5. I haven't had a lot of time, but I have thought about your other post. Did you watch the second video? Kate sings Dear Deer and her brother Matt sings Hollywood Girls, both are cute and funny.
  6. Yes, yes it is. (in fact it is so cute, I stolded it)
  7. Yep, see my note above the video of her and her brother. It was at the Steve Allen Theater in LA. She would often say the dirtiest thing about the show was the name.
  8. Here's praying for good news for a funny, smart, sweet lady.
  9. Are they going to on vacation to visit Chevy in the old folks home?
  10. I have decided that everyone is entitled to an opinion! However....they need to check with me to know what that opinion should be. Carry on.
  11. Hey Hollywood girl, I ain't got no money Just as long as you know If want to go on a date with me Be sure to eat before you go Hey!!! I straightened out the wife, didn't I? Didn't I?? I did, didn't I?? ?? ???
  12. Nahhh, I was just looking for a way to work in a Kate Micucci song.
  13. Take a few minutes and enjoy a couple of videos that make my heart a little lighter and make me smile. (yes, I have posted them before, but they still work, at least for me) Be happy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jeCRdXnkzs&list=PLmRDHSz5N4jsY6yDn3mYwEtkUAs1tt7UX&index=4 Give it a minute and half, it is is cute and funny. (Kate and Matt Micucci preform in Kate's show, "Playing with Micucci")
  14. Motive mo·tive ˈmōdiv/ noun 1. a reason for doing something This is a very important word. Years ago, when I was in my early 20's a man told me a story that had to do with motive. Here is the story. You are walking down a street that you have never been on before. Suddenly a man comes up and starts yelling at you in a language that you do not understand, getting in front of you trying to stop you from continuing down the street.. You ignore him and continue to walk down the street, the man becomes more agitated, animated and physical. He starts to push you bac
  15. Yep, heaven help you if you have tobacco, but the good news (?) is that pot is getting more and more acceptable.
  16. I will think about this. There is a good point in this. ETA, I hate it when someone makes me have to think, it hurts my head
  17. You say potato and I say, good shooting!
  18. Edited because the question was not asked of me. Sorry ladies.
  19. I have no problem what so ever with reporting genuine abuse by police officers or any other public servant for that matter. In fact I think it is the proper thing to do. But to bash the police, just because they are police, that is another story, just like bashing a politician, just because they are a politician.....OK, bad example, you get the idea though. I guess the short version is, I agree with you.
  20. I just don't get it. Those people have been told and told, what to do and what not to do, to avoid the ebola. Yet they refuse to listen. No matter how much your "culture" means to you, at some point you have to look around and go.."You know, over half the village has died or is dying from the ebola. Perhaps I need to start listening to the people who wear shoes."
  21. Let's just say that Sams is having to reorder.
  22. Not as much to do with radical groups as it is that music died in 1984, it was on life support from 1980 on, and in general young people get on my nerves and have since around....1984. So I don't keep up with much new (new being anything since 1980) stuff. My ex wanted the new Lenny Krabitz (sp) cassette tape back in 1993 or '94 so I surprised her with it one night. I had it in the car cassette player ready to play when she got in the car. The cassette started playing and I started apologizing. She asked what I was apologizing about and I said that I was sorry that the tape player was
  23. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ What the panda said. BTW, have I mentioned I have been feeling a little sick lately?
  24. I figure if I make it till the same age as my dad, granddad and other men have in my family, I have already lived over 2/3 of my life without ever seeing a tire chain, no need to start now. Last years stuff was not much different that what has happened around 3-4 times over the last 60 years. If I had tire chains from the very first time I ever needed them back in the ice storm of '73, I would have used them once, maybe, maybe twice. Not what I call a good investment.
