Awesome. Did you know that more time has passed since that movie came out, then between the movie and the time period it was about? How's that for feelin' old? Ya, I watched that abou 400,000 times while in HS.

IDK. I'll let ya know in a couple of months.

OMG. I am laughing so hard... b/c I just did the same thing. LOL I thought, "Wow. They fight like girls". LOL In all seriousness, Jenelle is total trash. That poor baby boy is doomed.

I have officially seen the worst ghetto

Has Albany always been like that? The reason I ask is becuase I used to call on plants down there. During my time, Merck closed and moved operations to Puerto Rico. There were two other plants that closed, too, but names escape me (OxyChem??), and then just before I left for a job at another company Cooper Tire announced they were closing as well. Albany is a long way from no where, so I imagine it is hard to find work there now. I am sure that is what is causing this "condition". -

You are right. I was being snotty. Sorry. I do that a lot lately. It is very sad... it breaks my heart. -

I don't think she knows that. She spent her half hour there trying to get the hell out, not seeing what the schools were like. Sorry, DGITW. That is scary as heck. MrB and I got turned around in Philly last year, and it looked similar to that. Though, I would imagine that Trenton is worse than Philly. And I know what you mean - terrible ghetto then the next block a posh urban living area. -
They do have it there? woohoo! Who cares. I do not care. When I joined there was already a Mrs C and a Mrs G. But everyone knows I am the coolest Mrs Letter.

I don't *think* they carry it at Kroger. But, then again, Target carries the OPI Nicole line so they may. My fav (and what I am wearing) is OPI's Got the Blues for Red.

That, I think, would be awesome.

It was the wrong part. I KNEW it was going to be wrong... I just had a feeling. I knew before I even left this office that it was going to be wrong. That is why I posted this thread. I told that creepy man three times the model number of my machine,(3 times b/c he wouldn’t stop talking!) and he said that was the one I needed. Grrr! It sucks for me, ‘cause I am out $5. Because I am not going back down to that shop.

LOL, I usually have such a light pink on my nails that it really doesn't matter much. Now, I wouldn't have black toes and red nails But I used to think my fingers looked stubby so I wouldn't wear much color on my nails 'cause it made them look stubbier... now I realize that I was dumb, now that they really are stubby, so I will get actual color on them now after Jack gets here and I lose this weight. I am so strange. And, OMG, I was either going to cry or rip the lady's eyes out. I was so mad and upset at the same time. AND, I GOT MY TOES DID AT POLISHED!!!I almost cried tears of joy w

Thanks, Kim! I got your pm, and will be calling soon. I did not get a chance today.
-
I don't know what that means, lol. I am new to sewing, so I am not very familiar with the parts and stuff.
-
Thank you!!! THe lady at Red Hen Fabrics was trying to tell me about this place but she couldn't remember the name of it to save her life. At least I am pretty sure this was it. I would rather order stuff from here than go back, LOL. I am terrible, I know

They are beautiful! I would try the screwbacks, too. I wouldn't want to change the appearance. I love them, though. I love vintage jewelry.

Thanks, Shan! I got one at Kirby, but I will see if it fits when I get home. Yeah, I sent MrB to WalMart to get one the other night and they didn't have them. The lady in fabrics told him they don't carry them any longer. I didn't try JoAnn because I do not want to have to go to D'vill or Barrett. I couldn't find it on their website. I got one at Kirby and I will try it out tonight. They guy that owns it (or just works there?) is, um, scary. If it doesn't work I am not going to take it back.

LOL, thanks! It may be b/c there is no one else. I figured with a Singer I would have no issues with parts, at least not something like a foot. We shall see! I am heading there now.
-
Yes, I called themm, too, but they do not carry Singer parts. Thanks though! You are so awesome. I really appreciate that. I am going to need it this weekend, so I am going to run out there either today or tomorrow during lunch. I think I can get there and back in an hour.

Does anyone have any experience with Kirby's Sewing Machine Co on Veterans Memorial Hwy? I need a zipper foot for my Singer and this is the only place I have called that has one. There are only 3 reviews on the internets, and they aren't that good. It's only a $5 part, but I will be soooo mad if it doesn't fit and I can't return it. Plus this place is not exactly on the way any where. TIA!!!

I think she is trying to message KimH.

Please send this information to me as well, please!

Of course! I was totally kidding, though. I drank that cheeze up long ago... like, within a month of getting it. And it didn't come from Mexico. I had it in Mexico, then came home and talked about how good it was and then my FIL gave it to us as a gift. It is not as good in the States as it is in Mexico. Blondie, I am fairly certain your "friend" has agave drying out in a barn back behind his house, that he harvested all by himself in the heat.
-
No, no worm! Now I have the "Mexican Hat Dance" in my head...
-
Woohoo!!
-
Oh, Blondie. I forget to tell you I had better tequila than you. It is fancy and from Mexico.
