So, the remains possibly were seen in August. The defense claims Caylee drowned in June so again how did the remains get to the wooded area down the street and if she did drown why didn't they handle the situation the right way!! Makes no sense.

Since Casey is charged with murder but her defense claims Caylee drowned how do they explain that the body was found in the woods six months later? I apologize if the question has been asked in previous post and I didn't see it. Can that question not be asked?? So you claim she drowned by accident, and you saw your Father holding the child's body but she ends up in the woods down the road???? When will the defense or Casey have to explain that?
